POLITICSԱրցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի աշխատանքային խորհրդակցությունը Արցախի բանակի բարձրագույն հրամանատարական կազմի հետ արտառոց չէ. Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱՀ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
«Եթե մենք բնակվեինք այնպիսի երկրում, որ մեր հարևանը լիներ, օրինակ՝ Բելգիան կամ Նիդերլանդները, և նման խոհրդակցությունը մտահոգության ալիք առաջացներ՝ կհասկանայի: Մենք չգիտե՞նք մեր հարևանին, չգիտե՞նք՝ ո՞վ է մեր հակառակորդը»,-ասաց նա:
Նշենք, որ այսօր «Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրել էր, թե մինչ հասարակության ուշադրությունը սևեռված է ներքաղաքական խնդիրներին, բավական մտահոգիչ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել արտաքին ճակատում և սահմանին:
«Խոսքը ոչ միայն ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական զորքերի շփման գոտու, այլև հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի մասին է, որտեղ հարևան երկիրը մեծ քանակությամբ զորք և զինատեսակներ է կուտակել:
Դավիթ Բաբայանը նշեց, որ իհարկե վտանգ միշտ էլ կա: «Ո՞վ է ասում, որ չկա, և մենք պետք է միշտ լինենք պատրաստ, բայց սա ոչ արտառոց խորհրդակցություն է, այսպիսի խոհրդակցությունները սովորական են և միշտ տեղի են ունենում: Բանակի հետ կապված հարցերն առաջնային տեղ են զբաղեցնում արցախյան հանրապետության պետականաշինության, պետության զարգացման օրակարգում, և այստեղ որևէ տարօրինակ բան չկա»,-ասաց նա:
Ըստ Դավիթ Բաբայանի՝ բանակի բարձրագույն հրամանատարական կազմի հետ ընթացիկ հարցեր են քննարկվում, ամփոփվում են այլ խնդիրներ, տեսնում են՝ ինչպես են իրականացվում այս կամ այն ծրագիրը. «Սա մեր առօրյայի մի մասն է»։
