POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ինչպիսի՜ բառապաշար, տիկնա՛յք և պարոնա՛յք: Օրեր առաջ, երբ ազատման դիմում էր գրում երիտասար խոսնակը, հանրության մի անորոշ հատվածին անվանում էր ամբոխ և ռազմահայրենասեր շիզոֆրենիա ունեցողներ: Նրանից առաջ մեկ այլ ազատման դիմում գրած երիտասարդ առաջին նախագահի ֆիզիկական արատի մասին էր խոսում, հետո ներողություն խնդրում, իսկ հետո էլ ջնջում ներողության գրառումը: Այս ամենը դեռ քիչ էր, հիմա էլ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի քննարկումների ժամանակ հնչում է «մտավոր հետամնաց» արտահայտությունը` կարծես թե ուղղված կոնկրետ անձի հասցեին, բայց արտահայտությունն անողի մեկնաբանությամբ` ստեղծված իրավիճակը բնութագրելու համար:
Չէ, բարեկամնե՛ր, ձեր բառապաշարը շարունակում է զարմացնել, չնայած այստեղ խնդիրը ոչ այնքան բառապաշարն է, որքան այդ բառապաշարի միջոցով երբեմն–երբեմն դուրս սպրդող մտածողությունը: Նախևառաջ պետք է հստակ ու վերջնական արձանագրենք մեկ բան` բժշկական ախտորոշում հանդիսացող բառերը, արտահայտությունները, եզրույթները կտրականապես չի կարելի օգտագործել որպես գնահատական, որակավորում կամ վիրավորանք հասցնելու նպատակ, որովհետև դա խտրական վերաբերմունք է նման ախտորոշումներ ունեցող հանրային խմբերի նկատմամբ: Այսուհանդերձ, նման բառերի կամ արտահայտությունների կիրառումը վկայում է կա՛մ այն կիրառողի անգրագիտության, կա՛մ էլ հենց խտրական վերաբերմունքի մասին: Երկու դեպքում էլ «գլուխը շոյելու» ոչինչ չկա:
Բացի այս, անհասկանալի է, թե երբվանից նորմ սկսեց դառնալ փողոցային բառապաշարի ներխուժումը պետական կառավարական տարբեր կառույցներ, ավելին` այդ երբվանից գրագետ ու կրթված գործիչներից մեկը` կամ անձին, կամ ստեղծված իրավիճակը բնութագրում է որպես «մտավոր հետամնաց»: Այսինքն, ինչ է ստացվում, եթե այնուամենայնիվ ձևակերպումը ուղղված չէր կոնկրետ անձի, ինչը առավել քան դատապարտելի պիտի դիտվեր, այլ հենց իրավիճակին է վերաբերում, ապա կարելի է ասել, որ խորհրդարանական խմբակցությունների ու հասարակական սեկտորի ներկայացուցիչներով, պատգամավորներով ընթացող քննարկումը հենց նման զգացողություն է առաջացնում: Չէ, այնուամենայնիվ, գուցե թե գործ ունենք լեզվական սայթաքումի հետ, բայց արդյոք արդեն բավական չէ: Ի վերջո, եթե պատկերավոր ասենք, ապա ինչպես է այս կամ այն գործիչը, պաշտոնյան պատրաստվում մասնակցել երկրի կառավարմանը, եթե չի հաջողում անգամ կառավարել սեփական մտքերն ու լեզուն: Գուցե ժամանակն է վերջապես մաքրել այն լեզուն, որը հրամցվում է հանրությանը, ի վերջո լեզուն մտքերի հայելին է:
