«Վարդենիսի նյարդահոգեբանական տուն-ինտերնատի» տնօրենն ու փոխտնօրենը վաճառել են ՊՈԱԿ-ին հատկացված 1260 կգ միսն ու 3569 լիտր կաթը՝ պատճառելով մոտ 3 մլն դրամի վնաս

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձերբակալվել են «Վարդենիսի նյարդահոգեբանական տուն-ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենը և պահեստապետը։

2018 թվականի հուլիսի 18-ին ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեում ստացվել է ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության «Վարդենիսի նյարդահոգեբանական տուն- ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ում առերևույթ չարաշահումների դեպքի առթիվ ոստիկանությունում հարուցված քրեական գործը և ըստ քննչական ենթակայության ուղարկվել ՀՀ ՔԿ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժին։ Նույն օրն այն վարույթ է ընդունվել և ձեռնարկվել անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Ա.Հարությունյանը, նախնական համաձայնության գալով նույն ՊՈԱԿ-ի պահեստապետ Վ.Նալբանդյանի հետ, վաճառել են ՊՈԱԿ-ին մատակարարված մսամթերքից 1260 կիլոգրամ տավարի միսը, ինչից գոյացած գումարը չեն մուտքագրել կազմակերպության հաշվեհամարին:

 
Բացի այդ, 2018 թվականի հունիսի 1-ից մինչև հուլիսի 17-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում վաճառվել է նաև նույն կազմակերպության անասնապահական ֆերմայից ստացված շուրջ 3.569 լիտր կաթը, որից գոյացած գումարը կրկին չի մուտքագրվել կազմակերպության հաշվեհամարին։ Նախնական տվյալներով՝ կատարված հափշտակության հետևանքով պատճառված վնասը կազմում է 3.069.940 ՀՀ դրամ:


2018 թվականի հուլիսի 19-ին «Վարդենիսի նյարդահոգեբանական տուն ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Արտակ Հարությունյանը և պահեստապետ Վահագն Նալբանդյանը ձերբակալվել են:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ հնարավոր այլ չարաշահումները բացահայտելու, պատճառված վնասը վերականգնելու ուղղությամբ:
