«Թաղային» տեղեկատվական «բազարներ». «Փաստ»
SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայաստանյան մեդիահարթակներում արդեն իսկ ընթանում են գործընթացներ, որոնք ստանում են տեղեկատվական պատերազմներ գնահատականը: Իհարկե, մի կողմից` հիմնականում սոցցանցերում տարածվող տեղեկատվական աղբը, մանիպուլ յատիվ քարոզչությունը և հարանման երևույթները պարզապես նյարդայնացնող են, մյուս կողմից` բովանդակության մեջ մենք գործ ունենք բնական գործընթացի հետ, թեկուզ բնական դեռ չի նշանակում շատ առողջ կամ շատ մաքուր:
Այն, ինչ կատարվում է այսօր տեղեկատվական հարթակներում, սպասելի էր, ի վերջո, առանց մեկ կաթիլ արյունի, առանց արտաքին ուժերի առանցքային դերակատարության և գլխավորապես հասարակական համախմբմամբ կատարված իշխանափոխությունից հետո այսպես կոչված «ռեակցիան» պետք է իրեն զգացնել տար:
Սակայն զարգացումների այս շերտերը թերևս թողնենք մի կողմ և անդրադառնանք բովանդակային աստառին: Ըստ էության, չնայած ներկայումս խոսվում է ընթացող և, Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին թեժացող տեղեկատվական պատերազմի մասին, սակայն ցավոք պետք է արձանագրենք, որ գոնե այս պահին խոսքը գնում է ոչ թե տեղեկատվական պատերազմի, այլ թաղի «բեսեդկայի» մակարդակի խոսքուզրույցի, բամբասանքների ու տեղեկատվական «սլիվների» հետ, մի խոսքով` «թաղային բազարների»: Պատահական չէ նաև, որ այդ «սլիվների» համար պարարտ դաշտ են դառնում սոցցանցերը և գլխավորապես ֆեյսբուքը:
Այս առումով մենք ունենք խնդիր: Նախ` ֆեյսբուքում, ուզենք թե չուզենք, ներկայումս առկա են որոշակի հանրային կարծիք ստեղծող մեխանիզմներ: Սակայն, մյուս կողմից, հայաստանյան հասարակության լայն հատվածը պարզապես չի ազդվում սոցցանցային տրամադրություններից: Այստեղ խնդիրն այն է, որ առաջանում է որոշակի հավասարակշռության խախտում` իրական հանրային կարծիքի և մեդիահարթակներում իշխող տրամադրությունների հետ: Սա կարող է բերել նրան, որ մեդիահարթակներում առավել բարձրաձայնվող հարցերը, թեմատիկան, որոնք շատ ավելի փոքր նշանակություն ու բովանդակություն ունեն, քան հանրությանը հուզող առավել խորքային հարցերը, արժանանան ավելի լայն կառավարական ուշադրության` պայմանավորված նրանց շուրջ եղած, հաճախ էլ արհեստական աղմուկով: Սա պարզապես կարող է հանգեցնել նրան, որ մեդիահարթակներում արծարծվող թեմաները դառնան հանրային կարծիքի արտահայտությունը, իսկ միայն դրանց նկատմամբ իշխանության ուշադրության արդյունքում կառավարությունը պարզապես կորցնի իրականության զգացողությունը:
