Կառավարությունում ստացվող նամակների թիվը գրեթե տասնապատկվել է. «Փաստ»
SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Առաջին անգամը չէ, որ տարբեր կազմակերպություններից ահազանգեր ենք ստանում, որ կառավարություն ուղարկված իրենց նամակները մնում են անպատասխան: Եվ սա այն դեպքում, երբ հաշված օրեր առաջ ողջ հայությանը համագործակցության առաջարկ արվեց: Հիմա պատկերացրեք այն մարդկանց վերաբերմունքը, ովքեր որոշել են օր առաջ ինչ-որ ձևով ձեռք մեկնել նոր իշխանություններին, բայց նրանց նամակ-առաջարկներն այդպես էլ մնացել են անպատասխան, անտեսված ու արհամարհված:
Նույնը «Ընտրական օրենսգրքի» շուրջ քննարկման վերաբերյալ. դրան մասնակից լինելու առաջարկություն նույնպես արվեց և հայտարարվեց, որ բաց են առաջարկությունների համար, բայց հետո պարզվեց, որ ոչ բոլոր ցանկացողներն են մասնակցել այդ քննարկումներին: Հիմա հարց՝ սա անփութությո՞ւն է, թե՞ իրականում, իսկապես, այնքան զբաղված են ավելի «լուրջ» գործերով, որ չեն կարողանում իրենց հայտարարություններին տեր կանգնել:
«Փաստը» փորձեց առաջին աղբյուրից ճշտել, թե ինչու են իրավաբանական անձանց՝ կառավարություն ուղարկված դիմումներն ու գրավոր առաջարկները մնում անպատասխան: Կառավարության աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից «Փաստ»-ին փոխանցեցին, որ մեր հարցին կպատասխանեն կառավարության քաղաքացիների ընդունելության և դիմումների քննարկման վարչությունից: Վարչությունից էլ մեզ տեղեկացրեցին, որ իրենք իրավասու են ֆիզիկական անձանց դիմումներին պատասխանել: Ինչ վերաբերում է իրենց վարչությանը, ապա դիմումների նման տեղատարափ երբեք կառավարությունում չի եղել: Եվ եթե նախկինում օրական 30-40 նամակ էին ստանում, հիմա դրանց թիվը հասել է 300-ի, և աշխատակիցները մինչև երեկո են աշխատում, որպեսզի նամակների կուտակումներ չլինեն: Թե ինչից են ավելի շատ բողոքում մեր քաղաքացիները, կներկայացնենք առաջիկայում, իսկ իրավաբանական անձանց նամակներն ուղղորդվում են ըստ ֆունկցիոնալ վարչությունների, որին կրկին ավելի մանրամասն կանդրադառնանք հաջորդ շաբաթ:
