ՀՀ-ԵՄ վիզաների ազատականացման շուրջ քաղաքական երկխոսություն սկսելուն ավելի մոտ ենք, քան նախորդ կառավարության պարագայում. ԵՄ պաշտոնյա
POLITICSԵվրամիության հետ Հայաստանի վիզայի ազատականացման շուրջ քաղաքական երկխոսությունը կսկսվի պատշաճ ժամի, երբ համապատասխան պայմանները բավարարվեն: Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այսպես ասաց ՀՀ-ում Եվրամիության պատվիրակության ղեկավար Պյոտր Սվիտալսկին՝ պատասխանելով Tert.am-ի հարցին, թե հնարավո՞ր է, որ վիզայի ռեժիմի ազատականացման շուրջ երկխոսությունը սկսվի մինչև 2019թ.-ին Եվրամիությունում սպասվող ընտրությունները:
«Կարծում եմ՝ սա հայտնի է: Հայաստանում այդ մասին շատ լավ գիտեն: Եվ ես հուսով եմ, որ այլ փուլին կհասնենք հնարավորինս շուտ»,- ասաց նա՝ նշելով, որ հայկական կողմը շատ լավ գիտի, թե ինչ պետք է անի երկխոսության մեկնարկի համար,- հուսով եմ, որ իրենք անում են այն, ինչ պետք է արվի, որովհետև դա շատ կարևոր է Հայաստանի շարքային քաղաքացիների համար»:
Հանդիպմանը ներկա Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի Հարևանության և ընդլայնման շուրջ բանակցությունների հարցերով գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Կատարինա Մատերնովան էլ այս հարցի հետ կապված ասաց. «Վիզայի ազատականացման ծրագիրը, որն այն ուղին է, որը պետք է անցնել, շատ պահանջկոտ և բարդ ուղի է, իհարկե հիմա մենք ավելի մոտ ենք դրան, քան նախորդ կառավարության պարագայում էր:
Չենք սկսել, բայց կան ուղենիշներ, որոնց հիման վրա կարող ենք սկսել երկխոսությունը»,- ասաց նա:
Իսկ թե արդյոք այդ երկխոսությունները կսկսվեն ԵՄ-ում սպասվող ընտրություններից առաջ, ԵՄ պաշտոնյան նշեց, որ դա կախված է ոչ միայն նրանից, երկխոսությունը սկսելու համար պահանջվող չափորոշիչները պետք է բավարարվեն, այլ նաև նրանից, որ կառավարությունը հիմա շատ բան է ցանկանում անել:
«Հաճախ հնարավոր չէ բոլոր ուղղություններով ամեն ինչ իրականացնել: Ես խորհուրդ կտամ մի փոքր համբերատարություն ունենալ»,-ասաց նա:
