Վերջին տարիներին կրթությունը մի տեսակ իր մրցակցային դերը կորցրեց, շատ բաներ սկսեցին հեշտ տրվել. Սերոբ Խաչատրյան

Կրթության փորձագետ, ԵՊՀ դասախոս Սերոբ Խաչատրյանին չի զարմացնում այն հանգամանքը, որ այս տարի բուհերը շատ ցածր շեմով են անցել՝ 7.5 միավորը եղել անցողիկ: Նա Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, թե այս տարվա արդյունքներով չի կարելի ընդհանուր վերլուծություն անել համակարգի մասին, քանի որ այս տարի դիմորդների թիվը շատ քիչ է:

«Պատկերավոր ասած, այնպես է, որ ասես 1 դասարանը բաժանել էին 2 մասի, այսինքն՝ այս տարվա և նախորդ տարվա դիմորդներն իրար հետ մեկ դասարան էին, ու քիչ էին: Սա սպասելի էր, անցած տարի էլ ասել էին, որ քիչ է լինելու: Այս տարվա տվյալներն իրականությունը չեն արտացոլում, մյուսից կարող ենք հասկանալ պատկերը»,- ասաց նա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ցածր բալերով անցնելուն՝ Խաչատրյանը նշեց, որ դա վերջին տարիների համար նորություն չէ. «Վերջին տարիներին պետությունը չի ֆինանսավորում նորմալ բարձագույն կրթությունը, բուհերն ամեն բան անում են, որ շատ մարդ ընդունեն, որ կարողանան իրենց ծախսերը հոգալ, այդ իսկ պատճառով այս պատկերն է»,- շարունակեց Սերոբ Խաչատրյանը:

 
Միևնույն ժամանակ կրթության փորձագետը համաձայնեց այն տեսակետի հետ, որ ցածր բալերով անցնելն ազդելու է կրթության ընդհանուր մակարդակի վրա: Նա կարծում է, որ երեխաներն արդեն հանգիստ կլինեն և բուհ ընդունվելու համար լուրջ աշխատանք չեն կատարի:

«Եթե երեխան մտածում է, որ ինքը 8 միավորով ընդունվելու է, ապա դա շղթայաբար ազդում է իր դպրոցական առաջադիմության վրա, ինքը մտածում է, որ լավ, դե մի հատ 8 -ն ինչ է, որ չհավաքեմ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, վերջին տարիներին կրթությունը մի տեսակ իր մրցակցային դերը կորցրեց, շատ բաներ սկսեցին հեշտ տրվել ՝ քննությունները, թվանշաները, բուհ ավարտելը: Երբ նայում ես բուհերի շրջանավարտներին, տեսնում ես, որ մեծ մասն ավարտում է կարմիր դիպլոմով, այսինքն՝ տպավորություն է, թե շատ բարձր մակարդակում է մեր համալսարանական կրթությունը: Ցավոք սրտի, այս թվանշաններով իրական պատկերը կոծկում են»,-  շեշտեց Սերոբ Խաչատրյանը:

Կրթության փորձագետը խնդիրների լուծման ճանապարհներից մեկը համարում է խիզախություն ցուցաբերելը և կրթության իրական վիճակը ցույց տալը: Ըստ նրա՝ իրական պատկերն այն է, որ կրթության մակարդակը շատ ցածր է, ավելին՝ ունենք անգրագիտության բավականին բարձր տոկոս:

«Այս ամենը պետք է բացել ու դնել հանրության առաջ ու ասել, որ հիմա եկեք փորձենք այս վիճակը լավացնել: Այս ամենից հետո կարող ենք մտածել քայլեր, որոնք կարող են արտահայտվել ծրագրերի փոփոխության, ուսուցիչների նակատմամբ ներկայացվող պահանջների փոփոխությամբ, ինչպես նա երկրում կրթության նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքի փոփոխությամբ, ինչը շատ կարևոր է:
ՀՀ-ում իշխում էր այն տեսակետը, որ սովորելը սուտ է, մեկ է, կարելի է առանց սովորելու հարստանալ, իսկ հիմա հարմար պահ է ասելու, որ այդպես չէ, քանի որ մարդիկ, որոնք առանց սովորելու հարստացել են, այսօր լուրջ խնդիրներ ունեն»,- եզրափակեց Սերոբ Խաչատրյանը:
