Երևանում դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենը 7.6 մլն դրամի յուրացում է կատարել. նա մասամբ հատուցել է պատճառված վնասը
SOCIETYՇենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի դատախազությունից2018 թվականի փետրվարի 15-ին ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՎ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժին է ուղարկվել քաղաքացու կողմից Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի դատախազին հասցեագրված դիմումը՝ Երևան քաղաքի թիվ 46 դպրոցի նախկին տնօրեն Ա. Հ.-ի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու, անօրինականություններ և յուրացումներ կատարելու վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից:
Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում կատարված ծավալուն քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական աշխատանքների արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևանի թիվ 46 միջնակարգ, այնուհետև ավագ դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենը 2010թ. հունվարից մինչև 2017թ. փետրվարն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ձևականորեն որպես հիշյալ կազմակերպության աշխատողներ՝ ֆիզպատրաստականության ուսուցիչ, գիշերային պահակ, հնոցապան, ձևակերպել է իր 3 որդիներին: Եվ աշխատողների աշխատաժամանակի հաշվառման տեղեկագրում ֆիքսելով, թե իբր նրանք հաճախել են դպրոց և կատարել աշխատանքային պարտականությունները՝ ավելի քան 7 տարի որպես ամենամսյա աշխատավարձ նրանց անունով փոխանցված խոշոր չափերի՝ ընդհանուրը 7.651.346 ՀՀ դրամ գումարը կանխիկացրել ու յուրացրել է:
Նշված հանցավոր արարքները կատարելու համար հուլիսի 21-ին Ա.Հ.-ին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով: Նրա կողմից հատուցվել է պետության պատճառված վնասից 4.200.000 ՀՀ դրամը՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով փոխհատուցելու նաև մնացած մասը: Հաշվի առնելով այս հանգամանքը՝ դպրոցի նախկին տնօրենի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:
