Սոցիալական աջակցության Ստեփանավանի տարածքային գործակալության պետը ապօրինի նպաստները յուրացնելու գործով կձերբակալվի
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության Ստեփանավանի քննչական բաժնի վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով որոշում է կայացվել՝ սոցիալական աջակցության Ստեփանավանի տարածքային գործակալության պետ Ալբերտ Ղարաքեշիշյանին ձերբակալելու մասին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական մեծածավալ միջոցառումների արդյունքում Ստեփանավանում սոցիալական աջակցության ոլորտում հայտնաբերվել են բազմաթիվ չարաշահումներ, պարզվել դրանց մեխանիզմը։
Մասնավորապես՝ նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ Ստեփանավանի տարածքային գործակալության համակարգչային բազայում կեղծ տեղեկություններ են մուտքագրվել՝ տարբեր անձանց սոցիալապես անապահովության վերաբերյալ, նրանց անունները ներառվել նպաստառուների ցուցակներում, ձևակերպվել են ապօրինի նպաստներ, իսկ գումարները` յուրացվել։
Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ պարզելու կատարված առերևույթ հափշտակություններին առնչություն ունեցած անձանց շրջանակը， նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի դերակատարության աստիճանը, պետությանը պատճառված վնասի իրական ծավալները։
2018 թվականի հուլիսի 19-ին ձերբակալվել է սոցիալական աջակցության Ստեփանավանի տարածքային գործակալության 4 աշխատակից, իսկ հուլիսի 21-ին որոշում է կայացվել՝ սոցիալական աջակցության Ստեփանավանի տարածքային գործակալության պետ Ալբերտ Ղարաքեշիշյանին ձերբակալելու մասին, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել է ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
