Հայաստանը՝ փոքրամասնությունների երկիր

«168 ժամ» թերթը գրում է. «Շատերը միամտաբար կարծում են, թե Հայաստանի ամենամեծ խնդիրն օգտակար հանածոների կամ դեպի ծով ելքի բացակայությունն է, ոմանք մտածում են, թե խնդիրը վատ իշխանություններն ու վատ ընդդիմությունն են, երրորդները գտնում են, որ Հայաստանի դեմ պայքարում են աշխարհի բոլոր մութ ուժերը, որպեսզի մենք՝ որպես բացառիկ ազգ, չզարգանանք ու չբարգավաճենք: Բոլոր այս եւ չթվարկված բազմաթիվ այլ խնդիրներն իսկապես գոյություն ունեն, եւ յուրաքանչյուրն իր չափով արգելակում է պետության զարգացումը:
Բայց այդ խնդիրներից բացի ու գուցե դրանցից առաջ՝ կա մեկ այլ, շատ ավելի լուրջ խնդիր, որը գուցե մնացածի պատճառն է կամ պայմանավորողը: Հայաստանը դարձել է փոքրամասնությունների երկիր՝ բառի ուղիղ եւ փոխաբերական իմաստով:
Հայաստանում փոքրամասնություն են կազմում առողջ դատող ու ռացիոնալ մտածող մարդիկ, առաջին հերթին՝ որոշումների կայացման գործընթացում ներգրավվածները, Հայաստանում փոքրամասնություն են կազմում իրական արվեստը արմենչիկներից գերադասողները, փոքրամասնություն են կազմում նրանք, որոնք իրապես ցանկանում են Հայաստանը տեսնել՝ որպես կայացած ժողովրդավարական պետություն, ոչ թե՝ այն պատճառով, որ դրա մեջ «քյար կա»: Ամենակարեւորն ու անդառնալին՝ Հայաստանում փոքրամասնություն են կազմում մարդիկ, որոնք արժանապատվությունը՝ անձնական, հանրային ու պետական արժանապատվությունը, վեր են դասում ստամոքսից ու նյութականից:
Միայն ստրկամիտ հասարակության 54.4 տոկոսը կարող է ցանկանալ, որպեսզի իր՝ դեռեւս գոնե խորհրդանշականորեն անկախ երկիրը միանա Ռուսաստանին, միայն այդպիսի պետությունում կարող է արեւմտյան անվանումը գողացած որեւէ կազմակերպություն հարցում անցկացնել ու հարցերի թվում ներառել հարցը՝ արդյոք ցանկանո՞ւմ եք միանալ Ռուսաստանին: Ոչ միայն անցկացնել նման հարցում, այլեւ այդ հարցումից հետո հասարակության կողմից չարժանանալ համապատասխան վերաբերմունքի:
Ընդ որում, անգամ երկրորդական է հարցը՝ ինչո՞ւ է հատկապես հիմա, այս խառը ժամանակներում՝ բացառապես իշխանահաճո արդյունքներ արձանագրող այդ կազմակերպությունը նման խայտառակ հարցում անցկացրել, ինչպես որ երկրորդական է այն, թե ի՞նչ հող են ցանկանում նախապատրաստել նման հակապետական հարցման պատվիրատուները:
Սա այն պետության պատկերն է, որտեղ նորմալ մարդիկ փոքրամասնություն են կազմում, որտեղ նվաստացումն ու ստորաքարշությունը հասցված են պետական մակարդակի, որտեղ պատրաստ են ամեն ինչի՝ իշխանությանը մնալու կամ իշխանության գալու կամ իշխանությանը սպասարկելու համար:
Հայաստանում, ի դեպ, կան նաեւ սեռական փոքրամասնություններ, որոնց դեմ մեր ազգային-ազատագրական միտքը պայքարում է անողոքաբար ու առանց իրեն խնայելու: Սակայն այդ նույն մտքի ներկայացուցիչները ծպտուն չեն հանում, երբ Հայաստանը վաճառելու կամ ստրկացնելու մասին հարց պարունակող հարցում են անցկացնում, ու, երբ այդ հարցին դրական է պատասխանում հարցվածների կեսից ավելին:
Ծպտուն չեն հանում, որովհետեւ վստահաբար իրենք այդ 54.4 տոկոսի մեջ են, որովհետեւ գիտեն, որ պետական դավաճանությունը չի ներվում եւ պատժվելու է եթե ոչ՝ այսօրվա ռուսահպատակ, ապա գոնե ապագա՝ անկախ Հայաստանի սերունդների կողմից: Մնում է, որ մինչ այդ Հայաստանը մնա՝ որպես անկախ պետություն:
