Արագածոտնում Կնյազը փախցրել է իր հավանած 17-ամյա աղջկան, բայց հայտնվել է գաղութում
SOCIETYՎերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում շարունակվեց Կնյազ Ու.-ի, Ջամալ Գ.-ի ու Ռոմիկ Ն.-ի գործով բերված վերաքննիչ բողոքների քննությունը:
Գործը քննվել է Արագածոտնի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Սուրեն Մնոյանի նախագահությամբ:
1992 թվականի ապրիլին ծնված Կնյազը իր համագյուղացի ընկերներ Ռոմիկի ու Ջամալի հետ մեղադրվում է խմբի կազմում անչափահաս՝ 1999 թվականի մարտին ծնված աղջկա՝ Աննա Ռ.-ին (անունը փոխված է) առևանգելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 131 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:
Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Կնյազ Ու.-ն նախապես համաձայնության է եկել ընկերների՝ Ռոմիկի ու Ջամալի հետ և 2017 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին, ժամը 14-ն անց 45-ի սահմաններում գործով չպարզված անձի «Օպել» մեքենայով գնացել է Աննայենց գյուղ:
Օգտվելով Աննայի հոր՝ տանից բացակայելու հանգամանքից՝ Կնյազը ««ֆիզիկական բռնություն գործադրելով՝ գրկելով, այնուհետև քաշքշելով ու հրելով» անչափահաս Աննային, վերջինիս կամքին հակառակ, դուրս է հանել թոնրատնից, նստեցրել է «Օպել» մեքենան:
Այդ ընթացքում Ջամալն ու Ռոմիկը հրել-հեռացրել են Աննայի մորն ու քրոջը, որպեսզի նրանք չխանգարեն Կնյազին:
Վերջինս ընկերների հետ բացահայտ առևանգելով Աննա Ռ.-ին՝ տարել է իր բարեկամի տուն, այնտեղից տարել է Աբովյան, որից հետո, իմանալով, որ աղջկա ծնողները դիմել են ոստիկանություն, հորեղբոր հետ աղջկան տարել է ոստիկանություն:
Կնյազն իրեն մեղավոր է ճանաչել: Հայտնել է, թե Աննային տեսել է բարեկամի նշանադրության ժամանակ ու հավանել է: Իմացել է, որ նա չափահաս է դառնում, ու՝ որ ինչ-որ մեկը ցանկանում է նրա հետ ամուսնանալ:
Որոշել է, որ ինքն է ամուսնանալու այդ աղջկա հետ: Այդ մասին հայտնել է իր հորեղբորը, վերջինս խոսել է աղջկա հոր հետ, բայց նա իր համաձայնությունը չի տվել:
Ըստ Կնյազի՝ ինքն այլևս չի փորձել այդ հարցով խոսել աղջկա հոր հետ, որոշել է աղջկան «փախցնել» և հետն ամուսնանալ: Իր ընկերներ Ջամալին ու Ռոմիկին ասել է այդ մասին, բայց նրանց ներկայացրել է, թե աղջիկը համաձայն է իր հետ «փախչել», իրենց ամուսնությանը դեմ է աղջկա հայրը: Ընկերներին ասել է՝ որպեսզի աղջկա ծնողների «պատիվը չարատավորվի», աղջկա հետ պայմանավորվել են, որ այնպես անեն, իբր՝ աղջկա կամքին հակառակ են փախցնում: Ինքն իրականում տղաներին ճիշտը չի ասել…
Արմավիր քաղաքի շուկայի մոտից «Օպել» մակնիշի տաքսի են կանգնեցրել: Ինքը վարորդին ասել է, որ գնում են «աղջիկ փախցնելու»: Վարորդը հարցրել է՝ աղջիկը համաձա՞յն է: Ինքն ասել է՝ համաձայն է, բայց տղաների հետ է գնում, որ ցույց տան, իբր՝ աղջկա կամքին հակառակ են փախցնում՝ վարորդին էլ ճիշտը չի ասել… Վարորդը համաձայնել է, ինքը վճարել է պայմանավորված գումարը:
Գնացել են Աննայենց գյուղ: Նախքան գյուղ մտնելը որոշ ժամանակ կանգնել ու նկատել են, որ Աննայի հայրը մեքենայով գյուղից դուրս եկավ:
Դրանից հետո գնացել են Աննայենց տուն: Աննան մենակ բակում էր: Իրենք երեքով մտել են բակ: Ինքն ընկերներին նախապես խնդրել է՝ եթե Աննայի հարազատները խանգարեն, այդ ժամանակ նրանք թող միջամտեն:
Դուրս է եկել Աննայի մայրը, բարևել է, նորից մտել է ներս: Ռոմիկն ու Ջամալը գնացել են նրա հետևից: Ինքը մոտեցել է Աննային, գրկել, տարել ու նստեցրել է իրենց սպասող «Օպել» մեքենայի հետևի նստատեղին: Աննան սկզբում օգնություն է կանչել, դիմադրել է: Հետո հանգստացել է: Մեքենա են նստել նաև տղաները՝ Ռոմիկը՝ իր կողքին, Ջամալը՝ առջևի նստատեղին: Հեռացել են: Գնացել են Արմավիր քաղաք: Աննան մի քիչ լաց է եղել, ինքը նրան հանգստացրել է: Ձեռքն էլ դրել է մեքենայի դռան բռնակին, որ Աննան չկարողանա դուռը բացել:
