Դավիթ Տոնոյանը չի բացառում ՌԴ սահմանապահ զորքերի կարգավիճակի մասին պայմանագրի որոշ դրույթների վերանայումը
SOCIETYՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը չի բացառում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև ՀՀ տարածքում գտնվող ՌԴ սահմանապահ զորքերի կարգավիճակի մասին պայմանագրի որոշ դրույթների վերանայումը:
Հուլիսի 22-ին Փանիկում լրագրողների հետ ունեցած ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ Դավիթ Տոնոյանը նաև նշեց: «Դրանք քարի վրա գրված փաստաթղթեր չեն, և ժամանակի ընթացքում առաջանում են բավականին խնդիրներ, որոնք պահանջում են պայմանագրային իրավական փոփոխություններ: Իհարկե դա արվելու է»,- նշեց նախարարը՝ փաստելով, որ օրերս Փանիկում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը կարող է խթանել որոշ փոփոխությունների կատարումը:
Հուլիսի 17-ի առավոտյան, Գյումրիում տեղակայված 102-րդ ռազմակայանի զինծառայողները զորավարժություն են անցկացրել Արթիկի տարածաշրջանի Փանիկ գյուղի վարչական տարածքում։ Զորավարժություններն ուղեկցվել են կրակոցներով: Այս մասին տեղեկացրել էր Փանիկ համայնքի ղեկավար Վարդան Մակեյանը՝ փաստելով, որ երեխաները վախեցել են:
Համայնքապետն անմիջապես այդ մասին տեղեկացրել է Շիրակի մարզային ոստիկանությանն ու Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությանը:
ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմակայանը զորավարժությունների վերաբերյալ համայնքի բնակչությունը չի իրազեկել: Հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ միջոցառման անցկացման վայրի ընտրության հարցում հաշվի չեն առնվել տեղի բնակչությանը հնարավոր անհանգստություն պատճառելու բոլոր հանգամանքները, ռուսաստանյան կողմը պաշտոնապես ներողություն է խնդրել և հավաստիացրել է, որ հետայսու առավել հետևողական կլինի ՌԴ ռազմակայանի տարածքից դուրս իրականացվող միջոցառումների պլանավորման և իրազեկման հարցերում:
