Առողջապահության նախարարությունը քաղաքացիներին շոգերին դիմանալու խորհուրդներ է տալիս
SOCIETYՕդի բարձր ջերմաստիճանի, ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթման բացասական ազդեցությունը մեղմելու, օրգանիզմի անցանկալի գերտաքացումը կանխելու, ինչպես նաև վարակիչ հիվանդություններից, սննդային թունավորումներից խուսափելու համար ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը խորհուրդ է տալիս.
- խուսափել արևի ուղիղ ճառագայթներից հատկապես ժամը 12:00-17:00 ընթացքում, աշխատել քայլել ստվերում,
- հնարավորինս պաշտպանվել ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթումից` կրել գլխարկ, արևային ակնոցներ, հովանոց, հագնել սպիտակ/և կամ բաց երանգների ազատ, օդաթափանց, բամբակյա կտորից հագուստ,
- օգտագործել սովորականից շատ ջուր, օրական` մոտ 3 լիտր, կարելի է օգտագործել նաև թան, հանքային ջրեր, առանց շաքարի բնական հյութեր,
- չչարաշահել կոֆեին և շաքար պարունակող ըմպելիքները` թե տաք, թե սառը վիճակում:
- չգնել բացօթյա պայմաններում պատրասվող և վաճառվող, հատկապես արագ փչացող և պահպանման հատուկ պայմաններ պահանջող սննդամթերք,
- արգելվում է գտնվել չօդափոխվող կամ վատ օդափոխվող տարածքներում, երկար ժամանակ մնալ արևի տակ կայանված փոխադրամիջոցներում, երեխաներին թողնել փակ պատուհաններով ավտոմեքենաներում,
- ամենօրյա աշխատանքները կատարել օրվա համեմատաբար զով ժամերին, ցերեկային ամենաշոգ ժամերին խուսափել բացօթյա ծանր ֆիզիկական աշխատանքից,
- ցանկալի է, որ երեխաները, հղիները, ծերերը, քրոնիկ հիվանդություններով տառապող մարդիկ ցերեկային ամենաշոգ ժամերին քնեն կամ պառկեն, քանի որ պառկած դիրքում հեշտանում է ջերմատվությունը և արյան շրջանառությունը:
