SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Քաղաքական գործընթացները` ընտրություններ, քարոզարշավ, իհարկե` նաև հեղափոխությունները, առաջ են բերում, ֆիզիկայի լեզվով ասած, հասարակության գրգռված վիճակ: Հասարակության անգամ ամենաիներտ շերտերը նման գործընթացների ժամանակ ակտիվության որոշակի նշաններ են ցուցաբերում:
Քաղաքական գործընթացներում հանրային ակտիվությունը առաջացնում է որոշակի դրական էներգիա, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում՝ բացասական` կախված գործընթացների ելքից, որի գեներացումը բավական լայն գործելու հնարավորություններ է տալիս կառավարություններին: Նման դրական էներգիայի գեներացում կար 1990–ականների սկզբին, սակայն հետագայում հանգամանքները այլ ուղղությամբ տարան զարգացումները:
Այսօր դժվար է որևէ համեմատական տանել անկախության շարժման տարիների հանրային էներգետիկայի հետ, սակայն միանշանակ է, որ Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների արդյունքում ներկայումս կա հասարակական էներգիայի ավելցուկ:
Կարող է թվալ, թե մենք խոսում ենք վերացական բաների մասին, սակայն, ըստ էության, երբ ասում ենք հանրային վստահություն կամ հասարակական լեգիտիմություն, ապա կրկին գործ ունենք վերացական, սակայն շատ կարևոր գործոնների հետ:
Այսօր Հայաստանի նոր կառավարության կամ իշխանության, անվանեք ինչպես կուզեք, գերխնդիրներից մեկն է չփոշիացնել գեներացված հասարակական էներգիան, այն պարզ պատճառով, որ, պատկերավոր ասած, ոգևորված հանրույթի հետ կարելի է սարեր շրջել ու անհնարինը դարձնել հնարավոր:
Սա բոլորովին էլ գեղարվեստական զեղում չէ, քանի որ ցանկացած քաղաքագետ, սոցիոլոգ կամ հասարակագետ կարող է նշել իրավիճակներ, երբ հավաքական հանրույթը դրսևորել է իրեն ոչ հատուկ վարքագիծ: Ի վերջո, խոստովանենք, ընդամենը 4 ամիս առաջ հասարակության գերակշիռ հատվածի համար ապրիլ–մայիսյան իրադարձությունները ֆանտաստիկայի ժանրից էին: Սակայն հարցն այստեղ միայն կատարվածը չէ, այլ կատարվածի իներցիան և էներգետիկ շարունակությունը: Այս պարագայում արդեն նոր ղեկավարությունը պետք է ոչ միայն ավելի լավ, ավելի արդար կամ ազնիվ ղեկավարի, այլ թույլ չտա, որպեսզի ոգևորության էներգիան վերափոխվի հիասթափության էներգիայի: Առայժմ թույլ է տալիս..
