ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման գործով ևս երկու ամբաստանյալի խափանման միջոցը փոխվեց
SOCIETYՇենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանը փոխեց ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման գործով ամբաստանյալ Արայիկ Հակոբյանի խափանման միջոցը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նա դատարանի դահլիճից ազատ արձակվեց:
Արայիկ Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոցը փոխելու երաշխավորություն ներկայացրել են «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը, Վահե Էնֆիաջյանը և Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը:
«Կարծում ենք՝ տղաները պետք է լինեն ազատության մեջ ու անկաշկանդ մասնակցեն դատական գործընթացին: Հույս ունենք, որ դատարանն անկաշկանդ է լինելու այլևս իր գործառույթներում: Մյուս տղաների համար ևս պատրաստ ենք ներկայացնելու մեր երաշխավորությունը»,-ասաց պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:
Ավելի վաղ պաշտպանական կողմը միջնորդել էր այս խմբի մեկ այլ ամբաստանյալ Մարտիրոս Հակոբյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու համար: Դատավոր Արշակ Վարդանյանը որոշել էր բավարարել պաշտպանական կողմի միջնորդությունը և 1 միլիոն դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակել Մարտիրոս Հակոբյանին։
