ՀՔԾ պետի տեղակալն ազատվեց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին չհարցաքննելո՞ւ համար
SOCIETYԻնչպես արդեն գրել էինք, ՀՔԾ-ն մարտի 1-ի գործով քննչական խմբի ղեկավարի անունը գաղտնի է պահում: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով` քննչական խմբի ղեկավարը Էդիկ Հակոբյանն է, ով նման պատասխանատվություն էր ստանձնել նաեւ «Սասնա ծռերի» գործով: Հակոբյանը, սակայն, «Ժողովուրդ»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան` հրաժարվել էր որեւէ բան հայտնելուց: Նաեւ լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որ քննչական խմբի ղեկավարը փոխվել է, եւ նշանակվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետի տեղակալ, արդարադատության երրորդ դասի պետական խորհրդական Մուշեղ Բաբայանը: Իսկ թե ինչու են գաղտնի պահում, ՀՔԾ պետ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը նշել էր, որ այդ քայլին գնում են անձին ավելորդ ուշադրությունից զերծ պահելու համար. «Ո՛չ Էդիկ Հակոբյանն է, ո՛չ էլ Մուշեղ Բաբայանը:Գաղտնիքի խնդիր չկա, մեր ծառայության քննիչներից մեկն է, ավելորդ ուշադրությունից նրան զերծ պահելու համար անունը չի հրապարակվում»: Այս հայտարարությունից հետո հայտնի դարձավ, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոր որոշում է ստորագրել. «Ղեկավարվելով «Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 9-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով, 12-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 2-րդ կետով` Մուշեղ Բաբայանին ազատել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնից` իր դիմումի համաձայն»: Տարօրինակ է, բայց փաստ, որ հենց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հարցաքննության օրը ՀՔԾ պետի տեղակալը ազատման դիմում է գրում: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը զրուցեց վերջինիս հետ հասկանալու համար, թե իր ազատումը ինչ կապ ունի Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հարցաքննության հետ: -Պարո՛ն Բաբայան, Ձեր հրաժարականը կապվա՞ծ է եղել այն բանի հետ, որ Դուք հրաժարվել եք հարցաքննել ՀՀ երկրոդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին Մարտի 1-ի գործով, ինչ արդյունքում Ձեզ ասել են` դիմում գրե՛ք ազատման մասին: -Ես որոշել եմ այլ աշխատանքով ծառայել Հայրենիքիս, ազատման դիմումն այլ աշխատանքի տեղափոխվելու նկատառումով եւ բացարձակ իմ կամքով եմ գրել: Որևէ քրեական գործի կամ որևէ քննչական գործողության հետ կապված չէ որոշումս: -Տարօրինակ չէ՞, որ Դուք դիմում եք գրում այն օրը, երբ պետք է հարցաքննեն Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին: -Դիմումը վաղուց էր գրած: -Իսկ եթե գաղտնիք չէ, այլ աշխատանքի եք տեղափոխվել, կասե՞ք` կոնկրետ ուր, մեկ այլ համակա՞րգ եք գնում, թե՞…. -Հիմա դա չեմ կարող ասել, կներեք:
