Լոռիում ապօրինի ծառահատման դեպք է գրանցվել, բնությանը պատճառված վնասի չափը պարզվում է
SOCIETYՀՀ ոստիկանությունը մանրամասներ է ներկայացնում Լոռիում տեղի ունեցած ապօրինի ծառահատման վերաբերյալ: Ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության և Գուգարքի բաժնի ծառայողների ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում հուլիսի 28-ին, ժամը 19.00-ին Փամբակ գյուղի սկզբնամասի միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի արևելյան հատվածում հայտնաբերվել է առանց հաշվառման համարանիշերի «ՈւՐԱԼ» մակնիշի բեռնատար:
ՀՀ ոստիկանության լրատվական ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ ավտոմեքենայի բեռնաթափքում եղել է շուրջ 3 խմ տարբեր տեսակի և տրամաչափի փայտանյութ։ Բեռնատարը հայտնաբերելու պահին թափքից արդեն դատարկել էին 18 խմ տարբեր տեսակի և տրամաչափի փայտանյութ:
Մոտենալով բեռնատարին՝ 45-ամյա Հովհաննես Կ․-ն հայտարարել է, որ մեքենան և հայտնաբերված շուրջ 21 խմ փայտանյութը պատկանում է իրեն: Մի քանի հոգու օգնությամբ իր բենզասղոցով հատել է ծառերը և փայտանյութը երկու փուլով տեղափոխել: Հովհաննես Կ․-ն փայտանյութի ձեռքբերման համար համապատասխան փաստաթուղթ չի ներկայացրել:
«ՈւՐԱԼ» բեռնատարը՝ թափքի շուրջ 3 խմ փայտանյութով, տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնի հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք, իսկ մնացած փայտանյութն ի պահ է հանձնվել «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Եղեգնուտի անտառտնտեսությանը:
