ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահն առաջարկել է ստուգումներ կատարել տուն- ինտերնատներում
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ «Վարդենիսի նյարդահոգեբանական տուն-ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ում արձանագրված առերևույթ չարաշահումների բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ Գրություններ են ուղարկվել ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարին՝ ստուգումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ ՀՀ ՔԿ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն， որ ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Ա.Հարությունյանը, նախնական համաձայնության գալով նույն ՊՈԱԿ-ի պահեստապետի հետ, վաճառել են ՊՈԱԿ-ին մատակարարված մսամթերքից 1260 կիլոգրամ տավարի միսը, ինչից գոյացած գումարը չեն մուտքագրել կազմակերպության հաշվեհամարին: Բացի այդ, 2018 թվականի հունիսի 1-ից մինչև հուլիսի 17-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում վաճառվել է նաև նույն կազմակերպության անասնապահական ֆերմայից ստացված շուրջ 3.569 լիտր կաթը, որից գոյացած գումարը կրկին չի մուտքագրվել կազմակերպության հաշվեհամարին։ Պատճառված վնասը կազմում է 3.069.940 ՀՀ դրամ:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրեն Ա.Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետով, 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, իսկ պահեստապետին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-179-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին և 2-րդ կետով, 38-314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նախաքննության ընթացքում ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվել է պետությանը պատճառված վնասը։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, քննություն է տարվում՝ ՊՈԱԿ-ում հնարավոր այլ չարաշահումները բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ։
Նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված առերևույթ չարաշահումների վերաբերյալ փաստական տվյալների մասին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահը պաշտոնապես տեղեկացրել է նաև ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարին՝ առաջարկելով ստուգումներ իրականացնել ոչ միայն «Վարդենիսի նյարդահոգեբանական տուն-ինտերնատ» ՊՈԱԿ-ում, այլ նաև՝ նախարարության ենթակայության տակ գտնվող մյուս տուն-ինտերնատներում, ինչպես նաև՝ կատարել ապրանքանյութական արժեքների գույքագրում:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
