 Թուրքիայի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում հաղթանակ տարած «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցությունը (ԱԶԿ) երկրում նոր սահմանադրության վերաբերյալ կփորձի համաձայնության գալ քեմալական Հանրապետական ժողովրդական կուսակցության հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական «Միլլիեթ» պարբերականը:

Վարչապետ Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուի կարգադրությամբ ԱԶԿ-ն արդեն սկսել է կառավարության նոր ծրագրի մշակումը, որտեղ կարևորագույն տեղն է զբաղեցնում Նոր սահմանադրության ընդունումը: ԱԶԿ 317 և ՀԺԿ 134 պատագամավորական մանդատները միասին թույլ կտան մեջլիսում քվեարկության դնել և անցկացնել նոր սահմանադրության հանրաքվեի հարցը: Թուրքական պարբերականի փոխանցմամբ՝ քեմալականների հետ համաձայնություն չունենալու դեպքում միայն ԱԶԿ-ն կսկսի բանակցությունները մեջլիսի մյուս կուսակցությունների հետ:

Նոր սահմանադրությունը կնախատեսի հետևյալ դրույթները` նախագահը կընտրվի 5 տարին մեկ՝ առավելագույնը երկու անգամ, հանրապետության նախագահը կհամարվի գործադիր իշխանության ղեկավարը, նախագահը կվավերացնի օրենքները կամ դրանք հետ կուղարկի մեջլիս, նա կարող է Սահմանադրական դատարան հայց ներկայացնել այս կամ այն օրենքի հակասահմանադրական լինելու հիմնավորմամբ, Թուրքիայի նախագահը լինելու է երկրի զինված ուժերի ղեկավարը, բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները նշանակվելու են նախագահի կողմից, նախարարները նշանակվելու և հեռացվելու են նախագահի կողմից՝ մեջլիսից դու րս, նրանք չեն լինելու նոր ընտրված պատգամավորներ: Ցանկացած նախարար պատասխանատու է լինելու նախագահի առաջ, ժողովրդի առաջ պատասխանատվություն ունեցող նախագահին անհնար կլինի հեռացնել պաշտոնից:

Թուրքիայում Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագիծը հանրաքվեի դնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է 330 պատգամավորական մանդատ:

Թուրքական «Անատոլու» գործակալությունը տվյալներ է հրապարակել ընտրատեղամասերի 100 տոկոսի արդյունքների վերաբերյալ, որոնց համաձայն, նոյեմբերի 1-ին կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախնական հաշվարկներով, ձայների գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունը՝ 49,48 տոկոսն ստացել է վարչապետ Ահմեդ Դավութօղլուի գլխավորած «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցությունը (ԱԶԿ, 317 մանդատ): Ընդդիմադիր քեմալական Հանրապետական ժողովրդական կուսակցությունը (ՀԺԿ) ստացել է ձայների 25,31 տոկոսը (134 պատգամավոր), «Ազգայնական շարժում» կուսակցությունը (ԱՇԿ)՝ 11,90 տոկոսը (40 պատգամավոր) և քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը (ԺԴԿ)՝ 10,75 տոկոսը (59 պատգամավոր):
