Շիրակի մարզի պաշտոնյան Գյումրիում տնակների վերացման հարցը դեռ երկար ժամանակ անլուծելի է համարում

Գյումրիում անօթևանության խնդրի լուծման դեպքում նույնիսկ, տնակների հարցը դեռ երկար ժամանակ անլուծելի կմնա. քաղաքում ոչ միայն անօթևան ընտանիքներն են բնակվում տնակներում, այլ նաև նրանք, ովքեր վաղուց արդեն չունեն անօթևանի կարգավիճակ, ժամանակին ստացել են բնակարաններ, վաճառել այն և շարունակում են բնակվել տնակնրում, շատ են նաև հարակից համայնքներից եկած և տնակներում ապրող ընտանիքները:
«Եթե քաղաքում անօթանության խնդրի լուծման վերջին՝ «Բնակարանի գնման վկայագիր» ծրագրի պահանջներից տնակի քանդման և տարածքի ազատման վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթի առկայությունը պարտադիր է և 99 տոկոսով այդպես էլ լինում է վկայագրով հատկացված ողջ գումարը ստանալու համար, այնուամենայնիվ, ասել, որ տնակային ավանները շատ շուտով քաղաքից կվերանան, սխալ կլինի: Այս խնդիրը լուրջ խնդիր է»,- ասաց Շիրակի մարզպետարանի քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետ Ալբերտ Մարգարյանը:
Գյումրիի անօթևանության հերթացուցակում հաշվառված վերջին 220 ընտանիքի համար նախատեսվում է «Բնակարանի նման վկայագիր» ծրագրի նոր՝ երկրորդ փուլի իրականացնում: Այն սպասվում է մինչև տարեվերջ: Վկայագրի շահառուները դրանից հետո 6 ամիս ժամանակ կունենան բնակարան ձեռք բերելու համար: «Մինչև հաջորդ տարվա կեսերը Գյումրի քաղաքում այլևս երկրաշարժի հետևանքով անօթևան ընտանիքներ չենք ունենա. խոսքը վերաբերում է նրանց, ովքեր երկրաշարժի հետևանքով անօթևան են և ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարության կողմից ճանաչվել են որպես ծրագրի շահառու»,-նշեց Ալբերտ Մարգարյանը:
Նման խնդիր կա նաև մարզի 21 գյուղական համայնքներում. միայն Ախուրյանում կա 137 ընտանիքի խնդիր: Նրանցից 104-ը բնակարան կստանան նորակառույցներում. նախատեսվում է երեք բնակելիների շինարարությունն ավարտին հասցնել հաջորդ տարի: «Ախուրյանի մյուս՝ 33 ընտանիքների համար, հավանաբար, Գյումրի քաղաքի «Բնակարանի գնման վկայագիր» ծրագրի երկրորդ փուլի հետ կտրվի վկայագիր, իսկ մարզի գյուղական համայնքների անօթևան 171 ընտանիքներից 2-ին՝ 1 սենյականոց բնակարանի շահառու, վկայագիր կտրամադրվի այս տարի, մյուսների համար նոր ծրագիր կիրականացվի, բայց ա յս պահին պարզ չէ, թե դա ինչ ծրագիր է լինելու՝ բնակարանի գնման վկայագրի, թե ֆինանսական աջակցություն»,-ավելացրեց մարզպետարանի քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետը :
