Հյուսիսային Կարոլինայի բնակիչը դատարանի միջոցով 9 մլն դոլար է ստացել իր կնոջ սիրեկանից
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ-ի Հյուսիսային Կարոլինա նահանգում դատարանը 8.8 մլն դոլար տուգանք է սահմանել տղամարդու համար, որի պատճառով կինը լքել է հայցվորին: Այս մասին հայտնում է Washington Post-ը:
Աղբյուրի հաղորդմամբ՝ դատավորը համաձայնել է մարզիկ և գործարար Քիթ Քինգի փաստարկների հետ, որը մեղադրել է իր կնոջ սիրեկան Ֆրանցիսկո Ուիզար Երրորդին՝ կապվածությունից զրկելու և այսպես կոչված հանցավոր երկխոսության համար. սա հանցավոր գործողություններ են, որոնք արգելված են մի շարք նահանգներում: Դատարանը պարտավորեցրել է Ուիզարին 6.6 մլն դոլար տուգանք վճարել Քինգին, ինչպես նաև՝ 2.2 մլն դոլար վնաս փոխհատուցել:
Նշվում է, որ 2010 թվականին Քինգն ամուսնացել է իր ընկերության աշխատակիցներից մեկի հետ, որը 15 տարով փոքր էր իրենից: Կնոջ՝ Դանիել Քինգի պնդմամբ, ամուսնությունը երջանիկ չէր: Նրա խոսքով՝ ամուսինը հետաքրքրվում էր պոռնոգրաֆիայով, փող չէր տալիս իրեն, հաճախ ստուգում իր հեռախոսն առանց թույլտվության և ստիպում անվճար աշխատել:
2015 թվականին Դանիելը ծանոթացել է Ուիզարի հետ, իսկ մի քանի շաբաթ անց ամուսինն իրացել է նրանց սիրավեպի մասին: Նա գտել է Ուիզարի հեռախոսահամարը, զանգահարել ու խնդրել հեռու մնալ իր կնոջից: Սիրեկանն անտեսել է հեռախոսազանգն ու բնակվել մոտակայքում՝ Դանիելի հետ ավելի հաճախ հանդիպելու համար: Երբ վերջինս հանգստի է մեկնել իր ամուսնու հետ, Ուիզարը գնացել է նրանց հետևից:
2017 թվականի սկզբին Դանիելը բնակարան է վարձել ու առանձնացել իր ամուսնուց: Քինգը, չիմանալով դավաճանության մասին, գնացել է կնոջ մոտ՝ հոսանքի լարերը նորոգելու համար, և հայտնաբերել է այնտեղ Ուիզարին:
Դանիելը նկարահանել է՝ ինչպես է իր սիրեցյալը տնից դուրս հանում ամուսնուն: Վերջինս լացակումած դիմում է իրեն բռնած Ուիզարին՝ ասելով, որ Դանիելն իր կինն է, այնուհետև դիմում իր կնոջը.
«Մի՞թե կընտրես նրան իմ փոխարեն», - ասել է խաբված ամուսինը:
Դատավորն առաջնորդվել է 17-րդ դարի անգլիական օրենքներով, որոնք մինչ օրս արդիական են ԱՄՆ-ի մի շարք նահանգներում: Կապվածությունից զրկելը, այսինքն՝ գործողությունները, որոնք բերում են ամուսինների միջև կապվածության կորստին, կարող է հակաօրինական գործողություն ճանաչվել Միսիսիպիում, Հյուսիսային Կարոլինայում, Հարավային Դակոտայում, Յուտայում և Հավայներում: Հանցավոր երկխոսությունը, այսինքն՝ սեռական հարաբերությունները մեղադրյալի և հայցվորի կնոջ միջև, պատժելի են Կանզասում, Մենում, Հյուսիսային Կարոլինայում և Հավայներում:
