POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հայտարարությունը կրկին զայրույթի ալիք է բարձրացրել հայաստանյան մեդիամիջավայրում: Լավրովի հայտարարության բովանդակությանը, ոմանց կարծիքով` կոշտ, ոմանց կարծիքով` մեղմ, թերևս նպատակահարմար չէ անդրադառնալ: Նշենք միայն, որ դիվանագիտական լեզվում ամենակոշտ բաներն ասվում են ամենամեղմ ձևով: Սակայն սա մի կողմ, ՌԴ արտգործնախարարի հայտարարությունը հերթական անգամ բորբոքել է ինչպես հակառուսական կրքեր, այնպես էլ` ռուսամետներին կամ Ռուսաստանից զգուշացողներին:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, պետք է նշել, որ ռուսամետ, հակառուս և այս տրամաբանության մեջ գտնվող արտահայտությունները չափազանց պայմանական են, սակայն հնչող կարծիքները, բողոքի նոտաներն այնքան էլ պայմանական չեն: Ինչ խոսք, բավական տհաճ է տեսնել, երբ մեր գերտերություն դաշնակիցը անգամ աննշան կերպով փորձում է միջամտել հայաստանյան անցուդարձին: Մյուս կողմից, սակայն, դա միշտ էլ եղել է: Այսօր մեր դաշնակիցը Ռուսաստանն է, լավ է դա, թե վատ, այլ հարց է, սակայն առնվազն մինչ այս պահը Հայաստանն այլընտրանք չունի: Սա, անշուշտ, չի նշանակում, թե մենք պետք է համակերպվենք հյուսիսից եկող ցանկացած հայտարարության հետ, ավելին` մենք Ռուսաստանի համար նույնպիսի կարևոր դաշնակից ենք` հավասար իրավունքներով դաշնակից: Հենց սա է, որ պետք է արձանագրել, սա է, որ պետք է պահանջել մեր դաշնակցից` իրավահավասար, առանց ստորադասումների մաքուր դաշնակցային հարաբերություններ: Ի դեպ, և՛ վարչապետը, և՛ այլ պաշտոնյաներ այս փաստը շեշտում են, Ռուսաստանը նույնպես տեսնում է, որ Հայաստանը որևէ այլ տեղ չունի շտապելու, սակայն տեսնում է նաև, որ Հայաստանն արդեն հանդես է գալիս սուվերենության ավելի բարձր մակարդակի դիրքերից: Այս իրողությունը որոշակի նյարդայնացնում է մեր դաշնակցին, սակայն սա էլ, ըստ էության, անցողիկ է, որովհետև ինչպես մենք այլընտրանք չունենք Ռուսաստանի հարցում, այնպես էլ Ռուսաստանը այլընտրանք չունի մեր հարցում: Ի դեպ, նման այլընտրանք Ռուսաստանի համար շատերը տեսնում են Ադրբեջանին` ինչ–որ մի իրավիճակում, սակայն դա լուրջ չէ: Ուստի, այս ամենից ելնելով` ընդամենը պետք է արձանագրել, որ դաշնակիցների հարաբերություններում միշտ էլ տեղի են ունենում մակընթացություններ ու տեղատվություններ, բայց սա դեռ չի նշանակում, թե ամեն նման սրացումից հետո մեր հասարակական քաղաքական կյանքում տեղ պետք է ունենան բազմապիսի ծայրահեղական մոտեցումները:
