Աբովյան քաղաքում Opel-ով վրաերթի են ենթարկել հետիոտնին, վերջինը հիվանդանոցում մահացել է
SOCIETYԱյսօր, օգոստոսի 1-ին մահվան ելքով վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 21։00-ի սահմաններում Opel մակնիշի 35 QS 143 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Աբովյան քաղաքի Հանրապետության փողոցում, «Ֆաստ կրեդիտ» վարկային կազմակերպության հարևանությամբ վրաերթի է ենթարկել հետիոտնին։
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, վարորդը, վրաերթի ենթարկվածին թողնելով անօգնական, այնուհետև ավտոմեքենան թողնելով դեպքի վայրում, դիմել է փախուստի։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 3-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Արթուր Պետրոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Տիգրան Քոթանջյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Տիգրան Բարսեղյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Ոստիկանության Աբովյանի բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Հովհաննես Մարտիրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի խումբը բաժնի պետ Արմեն Խաչատրյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Թովմասյանի, հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչներ՝ Սոս Սեդրակյանի, էդգար Բալոյանի և ավագ քննիչ Տիգրան Բաղյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Դեպքի վայր է ժանանել նաև Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի հրամանատար Աշոտ Սայադյանը։
Մինչ քննիչները դեպքի վայրի զննություն էին կատարում, Աբովյանի բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ ստացվեց, որ վրաերթի ենթարկվածը գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է։
Փաստի առթիվ ավագ քննիչ Տ․ Բաղյանի որոշմամբ՝ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ Քր.Օրի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և 244 հոդվածի հատկանիշներով։
Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ մահացածի ինքնությունը պարզելու և վարորդին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։
