Սահմանամերձ մարզերում կիրականացվեն կրծքագեղձի մամոգրաֆիկ սքրինինգային հետազոտություններ
SOCIETYԿառավարության որոշմամբ «ՀՀ-ի և Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկի միջև «Առողջապահության առաջնային օղակում ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների կանխարգելման և վերահսկողության կատարելագործում» ծրագրի ֆինանսավորման համար Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամի միջոցներից դրամաշնորհի տրամադրման մասին» համաձայնագիրը հաստատելու մասին ՀՀ նախագահի հրամանագրի նախագիծը կներկայացվի նախագահի հաստատմանը: Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը նշեց, որ ծրագրի նպատակն է սահմանամերձ Տավուշի, Սյունիքի և Լոռու մարզերում իրականացնել կրծքագեղձի մամոգրաֆիկ սքրինինգային հետազոտություններ՝ կանխարգելելու կանանց մոտ կրծքագեղձի չարորակ նորագոյացությունները:
«Հայաստանում կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղը կանանց շրջանում գրավում է առաջին տեղը՝ քաղցկեղային հիվանդությունների շարքում: Վերջին տարիներին նկատվում է կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղով հիվանդացության աճ: Հետազոտությունները նախատեսվում են իրականացնել կանանց 50-69 տարիքային խմբում՝ ապահովելով առնվազն 50 տոկոս ընդգրկվածություն: Ծրագրով նախատեսված են նաև բժշկական սարքավորումների ձեռքբերում (շարժական մամոգրաֆ), շարունակական բժշկական կրթության գործառույթներ և այլն: Ծրագրի գումարը կազմում է 1 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար»,-ասաց նախարարը:
Հետագայում շարժական մամոգրաֆի միջոցով կարելի է իրականացնել կրծքագեղձի մամոգրաֆիկ հետազոտություններ ՀՀ ողջ տարածքում: Մամոգրաֆիկ սքրինինգային հետազոտությունների միջոցով կարելի է վաղ շրջանում հայտնաբերել քաղցկեղն ու կանխարգելել հիվանդության զարգացումը: Սքրինինգային հետազոտությունները նպաստում են, ինչպես հիվանդացության, այնպես էլ մահացության ցուցանիշների նվազեցմանը՝ մասնավորապես աշխատունակ տարիքի բնակչության շրջանում:
