POLITICSՀՔԾ-ից մեր դիմումի պատասխանը ստացել ենք, վարույթ իրականացնող մարմինը որևէ արգելք չի տեսնում, որ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը գտնվի այլ տեղանքում: Tert.am –ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովի պաշտպան Միհրան Պողոսյանը:
«Միևնույն ժամանակ ստորագրությամբ հայտնվել է, որ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը պարտավոր է, վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի ծանուցման հիման վրա, ներկայանալ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին, ինչի պատրաստակամության մասին նաև մենք էինք հայտնել․ ցանկացած պարագայում, կանչ լինելու դեպքում, կներկայանանք»,- ասաց նա:
Հարցին, թե արդյոք հայտնի է, թե Յուրի Խաչատուրովը երբ կգնա Մոսկվա՝ ՀԱՊԿ կենտրոնակայան՝ իր աշխատանքային պարտականություններին անցնելու համար, Միհրան Պողոսյանը պատասխանեց, որ ոչ․«Այդ մասին կտեղեկացնենք: Ծածուկ չի լինի: Հենց հստակեցվի տեղեկատվությունը, կտեղեկացնենք ինչպես հետաքրքրող անձանց, այնպես էլ հանրությանը»,- ասաց նա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության մամուլի խոսնակ Մարինա Օհանջանյանը նշել էր, որ Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոցն արգելք չէ, որ նա որոշակի ժամանակահատվածով բացակայի Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից, և վարույթ իրականացնող մարմինն այդ մասին տեղեկացրել է իրեն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.1 հոդվածով (սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելը): Յուրի Խաչատուրովի նկատմամբ կիրառվել է այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց՝ գրավ։
