ԱԳ նախարարը ՌԴ պաշտպանության փոխնախարարի հետ քննարկել է ռազմական ոլորտում համագործակցության խորացման հարցեր
SOCIETYՕգոստոսի 2-ին Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Ալեքսանդր Ֆոմինի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը։
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են լրատվության և հանրային դիվանագիտության վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրին՝ նախարար Մնացականյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը բարձր է գնահատում երկու երկրների միջև ռազմական և ռազմատեխնիկական ոլորտում համագործակցությունն ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում։ Այդ համատեքստում նախարար Մնացականյանը հատուկ ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանը մեծապես կարևորում է Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության հետագա ամրապնդումը և հանձնառու է շարունակելու իր ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունն այդ նպատակով։
Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը և Ալեքսանդր Ֆոմինը քննարկել են ռազմական ոլորտում համագործակցության խորացման հեռանկարներին առնչվող հարցեր։ Երկուստեք գոհունակությամբ արձանագրվել է երկկողմ ամուր իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի առկայությունը։
Զրուցակիցներն ընդգծել են Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև արդյունավետ ռազմական, ռազմատեխնիկական համագործակցության փորձը և զինված ուժերի համադրելիության բարձր մակարդակը։ Նախարար Մնացականյանը նշել է, որ Գյումրիում տեղակայված 102-րդ ռուսաստանյան ռազմակայանը տվյալ ոլորտում համագործակցության դրական և կարևոր օրինակներից մեկն է։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում ԱԳ նախարարը և ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալը քննարկել են միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության խնդիրներ:
Հատուկ անդրադարձ է կատարվել Մերձավոր Արևելքում և հատկապես Սիրիայում ստեղծված իրադրությանը, ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների գործողությունների հետևանքով տարածաշրջանի էթնիկ և կրոնական փոքրամասնությունների առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերներին։ Նախարար Մնացականյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը շատ զգայուն է տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունների նկատմամբ, քանի որ դրանք ուղղակիորեն առնչվում են Սիրիայում մեր հայրենակիցների անվտանգության, հայկական հարուստ պատմամշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանության հարցին։ Զրուցակիցներն ընդգծել են ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում միջազգային հանրության միասնական գործելու կարևորությունը։
