Արժանապատիվ հեռանալու արվեստը. «Փաստ»
POLITICS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Ինչպե՞ս արժանապատիվ հեռանալ ընկերներից, կուսակցությունից, թիմից, ղեկավարից, ենթակայից, մի խոսքով՝ այն մարդկանցից, ում հետ ունես սկզբունքային, գաղափարական, ուղղակի ընթացիկ կամ որևէ այլ տարաձայնություններ: Սա խնդիր է, որի պատասխանը չափազանց դժվար են գտնում ոմանք: Անշուշտ, շատ բնական և նորմալ է, երբ անհատը, գործիչը ինչ–որ մի պահի սկսում է մտածել այլ կերպ, քան թիմը, սակայն աննորմալ է, երբ նույն գործիչը, հեռանալով թիմից, տուրք է տալիս զգացմունքներին, դիմում անձնական վիրավորանքների, թքում այն ջրհորի մեջ, որից ջուր է խմել տարիներ շարունակ, ի ցույց դնում սեփական չբավարարված հավակնությունները և այս ամենը` հրապարակային կերպով, բավական կոպիտ ու հասարակական անձին ոչ վայել բառապաշարով:
Մի՞թե այսօրինակ անձինք այդպես էլ չեն հասկանում, որ նման կերպ ցածրացնում են հենց իրենց և ոչ թե քննադատության թիրախին: Բացի այս, հետաքրքիր է՝ ինչ թեթևությամբ են անվանարկում այն թիմին կամ անհատին, որի հետ անցել են որոշակի ճանապարհ, որի հետ նույն գործն են արել, որի մի մասնիկն են եղել, որի համար ընդամենը օրեր առաջ «դոշեն տվել»: Նման երևույթները զարմանալի են, բայց ավելի շատ տհաճ, որովհետև արժանապատվությունը բարձր, իսկ հասարակական անձանց համար` պարտադիր հատկություն է: Ցավոք, սա ոչ բոլորին է հասու, քանի որ հաճախ մենք կարող ենք տեսնել դեպքեր, երբ անձը, ինչ– որ մի պահի հեռանում է իր թիմից, նրանցից, ում հետ ճամփա է անցել, հաց է կիսել, սակայն հեռանում է նեղացկոտի կեցվածքով՝ իր ետևից թողնելով առնվազն ոչ պատշաճ բառապաշար, անհասկանալի էմոցիաներ ու առնվազն ոչ արժանապատիվ վարքագիծ: Ի վերջո, նորմալ է, երբ ինչ–որ պահի ճանապարհները բաժանվում են: Ո՛չ կուսակցականությունը, ո՛չ աշխատանքային պայմանագիրը ցմահ կապվածություն չեն ենթադրում, բայց բաժանումն էլ պիտի մարդավայել լինի: Առավել տհաճ է, երբ անձնական ամբիցիան գերադասվում է թիմից ու թիմային շահից, և այն էլ նեղացկոտության տրամաբանության մեջ…
