SOCIETYՍույն թվականի հուլիսին գրանցված եղանակային աննախադեպ շոգ պայմանների հետևանքով նախորդ տարիների համեմատությամբ կտրուկ ավելացել են էլեկտրաէներգիայի սպառման ծավալները՝ նախորդ տարվա՝ ժամում 700 ՄգՎտ-ի փոխարեն կազմելով շուրջ 1000 ՄգՎտ: Սպառման ծավալների աճն էլեկտրամատակարարման բաշխիչ ցանցում հանգեցրել է ընդհանուր վթարայնության 30-35 % աճի:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀԷՑ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, վթարները հիմնականում ազդել են Երևանի «Արաբկիր» և «Կենտրոն» վարչական շրջանների էլեկտրամատակարարման ռեժիմների վրա, քանի որ վերջիններիս մալուխային տնտեսությունն առավել մաշված է, տարածքը՝ խիտ բնակեցված:
Օգոստոսի 3-ի դրությամբ վթարների վերացման աշխատանքներին ներգրավված է «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության տեխնիկական ողջ անձնակազմը՝ վերանորոգող 10 բրիգադով և մալուխային էլեկտրալաբորատորիայով: Աշխատանքներն իրականացվում են շուրջօրյա ռեժիմով:
Նշենք նաև, որ, էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման և օգտագործման կանոնների համաձայն, էլեկտրամատակարարման արտապլանային ընդհատումը վերականգնելու սահմանված ժամկետը խախտելու դեպքում ՀԷՑ-ն իր բաժանորդներին պարտավորվում է վճարել համապատասխան տուգանք:
Նմանատիպ իրավիճակներից խուսափելու նպատակին են ուղղված ընկերության՝ 900 մլն. ԱՄՆ դոլար արժողությամբ նեդրումային հաստատված ծրագրերը, որոնք աննախադեպ են իրենց ծավալներով և կիրականացվեն մինչև 2028 թ.-ը: Ծրագրի գերակա նպատակն ընկերության հիմնական՝ բաշխման գործառույթի որակական բարելավումն է: Սա ներառում է ինչպես հոսանքազրկումների քանակի, այնպես էլ մեկ հոսանքազրկման տևողության կրճատում, էլեկտրամատակարարման որակի և հուսալիության բարձրացում:
