Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպան Հայկ Ալումյանը ևս բողոք է ներկայացնելու Վերաքննիչ դատարան իր պաշտպանյալին կալանավորելու որոշման դեմ
SOCIETYՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանիպաշտպանական թիմի նոր անդամ Հայկ Ալումյանը օգոստոսի 6-ին Վերաքննիչ դատարան բողոք է ներկայացնելու իր պաշտպանյալի նկատմամբ կալանքը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշման դեմ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, երկրորդ նախագահի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումն ընտրելու վերաբերյալ առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշման դեմ պաշտպանները արդեն իսկ բողոք են ներկայացրել:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում Հայկ Ալումյանը նշեց, որ սկզբունքային առումով իր բողոքը չի տարբերվելու մյուս պաշտպանների ներկայացված բողոքից:
«Սկզբունքային առումով չի տարբերվելու, որովհետև մենք համակարծիք ենք այս հարցում, բայց ես էլ իմ սեփական փաստարկներն ունեմ փաստաբանների կողմից ներկայացված այդ նույն հիմնավորումներին և հանգամանքներին: Տարբերությունը փաստարկման ոճի և մոտեցումների մեջ է, բայց սկզբունքային առումով ոչ մի տարակարծություն չունենք»,- նշեց Ալումյանը:
Պաշտպանը կարծում է, որ Քոչարյանի կալանավորման խափանման միջոց կիրառելու առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշման դեմ բողոքարկումը կքննվի այս շաբաթ:
Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կալանավորման խափանման միջոցը փոխելու երաշխավորագիր էին ստորագրել 45 պատգամավոր, որոնց ճնշող մեծամասնությունը` «Հանրապետական» խմբակցությունից:
2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ից 2-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Երևան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունումքննվող քրեական գործով նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների բավարար համակցության հիման վրա 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 26-ին ՀայաստանիՀանրապետության պաշտոնաթող նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.1-ին հոդվածի 1-ին մասով այն բանի համար, որնա այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ տապալել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական կարգը: Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ որպեսխափանման միջոց է ընտրվել երկամսյա կալանավորումը:
