Մարդու իրավունքների Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչները չհայտարարված այց են իրականացրել «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ
SOCIETYՄարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի ներկայացուցիչները ստացված գրավոր բողոքների հիման վրա չհայտարարված այց են իրականացրել «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի հանրային կապերի բաժնից, տեղի են ունեցել առանձնազրույցներ շուրջ 30 դատապարտյալի հետ, որոնցից մեծ մասը ցմահ ազատազրկվածներ են եղել: Բողոքների հիմնական մասը վերաբերել է նշանակված դատավճիռների վերանայման օրենսդրական հնարավորություններին, ինչպես նաև ցուցաբերվող բժշկական օգնությանը և ըստ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների ու խցերի ազատությունից զրկված անձանց տեղաբաշխմանը:
Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներն առանձնազրույցներ են ունեցել նաև անվտանգության նկատառումներից ելնելով պատժախցային-կարանտինային մասնաշենքում իրենց կամքով մեկուսի պահվող անձանց հետ, ուսումնասիրել նրանց պահման պայմանները:
Արձանագրված մի շարք խնդիրներ քննարկվել են ՔԿՀ-ի վարչակազմի հետ: Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել հետագա համագործակցության շրջանակում դրանց լուծում տալու վերաբերյալ:
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը կարևորում է Արմավիր ՔԿՀ-ի վարչակազմի հետ արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը և բարձրաձայնված հարցերին աշխատանքային կարգով արագ լուծում տալու պատրաստակամությունը:
