Shamshyan.com-ը գրում է.«Նոյեմբերի 4-ին մահվան ելքով վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում Մալաթիա Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանում Բաբաջանյան փողոցում անհայտ մակնիշի և համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը վրաերթի է ենթարկել փողոցը թույլատրելի հատվածով անցնող հետիոտնին և թողնելով անօգնական դիմել փախուստի: Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վրաերթի հետևանքով հետիոտնը Ծովակալ իսակովի 44/3 շենքի բնակչուհի 69-ամյա Էմմա Հովհաննիսյանը տեղում մահացել է:

Օպերատիվորեն վթարի վայր են ժամանել Երևանի ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողները, Երևանի ՃՈ պետ Արման Հակոբյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Մալաթիա Սեբաստիայի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը, բաժնի պետ Ռոմիկ Կիրակոսյանի գլխավորությամբ: Դեպքի մասին ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից դեպքի վայր են ժամանել պետի տեղակալ Արտաշես Վանյանը և քննիչ Հրանտ Պետրոսյանը: Փաստի առթիվ քննիչ Հ. Պետրոսյանի կողմից հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քր-օրի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և 244 հոդվածի հատկանիշներով : Երևանի ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը, ինչպես նաև քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ վրաերթ կատարած վարորդին և նրա տրանսպորտային միջոցը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: 

Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածները ֆոտոլրագրողին ասում էին, որ մահացածը իր շրջապատում հարգված կին էր, սիրված և ճանաչված էր որպես աշուղ Երազ:
