Կաշառք վերցնելու համար ձերբակալվել են Արարատի զինվորական կոմիսարիատի Մասիսի բաժանմունքի պետը, նախկին աշխատակիցը և բժիշկը. ԱԱԾ (տեսանյութ)
SOCIETYՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության օպերատիվ ստորաբաժանումների կողմից անցած ամիսների ընթացքում ձեռնարկված լայնածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել ու վնասազերծվել են կայուն հանցավոր խմբեր, որոնցում ընդգրկված միջնորդները, կազմակերպիչները, զինկոմիսարիատների գործող և նախկին պաշտոնատար անձինք, բժշկական կենտրոնների աշխատակիցները, որպես կաշառք ստացած գումարների դիմաց, իրականացրել են զորակոչիկներին պարտադիր զինվորական ժամկետային ծառայությունից ապօրինի հիմքերով ազատելու կամ տարկետումներ տրամադրելու, ծառայության մեջ գտնվող ժամկետային զինծառայողներին նախընտրելի զորամասեր տեղափոխելու, տարբեր ախտորոշումներով վաղաժամկետ զորացրելու գործընթացներ:

Նախապատրաստված նյութերի հիման վրա ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել և քննվել են քրեական գործեր, ինչի մասին հանրությանը պարբերաբար իրազեկվել է և կոչ արվել` ձեռնպահ մնալ նման եղանակներով զինվորական ծառայությունից խուսափելուց:
Չնայած այդ հանգամանքին և բազմաթիվ նախազգուշացումներին, պետության անվտանգությանն անմիջականորեն սպառնացող ապօրինի այդ գործընթացում ներգրավված անձինք դեռևս փորձում են անօրինական ճանապարհներով գումարներ վաստակել:
Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, հետևողական պայքար մղելով նման հանցավոր երևույթների դեմ, իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում 2018 թվականի հուլիսին բացահայտել է ևս մեկ դեպք։
Ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն` ՀՀ ՊՆ Արարատի մարզի զինվորական կոմիսարիատի Մասիսի բաժանմունքի պետ Ս.Բ-ն, 2018 թվականի առաջին զորակոչի ընթացքում բժշկական կեղծ ախտորոշումների հիման վրա թվով 4 զորակոչիկների պարտադիր զինվորական ժամկետային ծառայությունից տարկետում տրամադրելուն օժանդակելու համար ստացել է շուրջ 7000 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումար, որի մի մասն իր ծանոթի միջոցով փոխանցել է բժշկական կենտրոնի բժիշկ-մասնագետին` ցանկալի ախտորոշում ստանալու համար, իսկ գումարի մյուս մասը՝ Մասիսի զինկոմիսարիատի նախկին աշխատակից, պահեստազորի մայոր Մ.Գ-ին` Կենտրոնական բժշկական հանձնաժողովի անդամների միջոցով այդ զորակոչիկների տարկետումը կազմակերպելու համար:
Պարզվել է նաև, որ Մ.Գ-ն դեռևս պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում 4000-ական ԱՄՆ դոլար գումարի դիմաց, կազմակերպել է թվով 2 այլ զորակոչիկների տարկետումներ տրամադրելու գործընթացը: Բացի այդ, նա զինծառայության հետ կապված տարբեր հարցեր կարգավորելու պատրվակով 7 այլ անձանցից վերցրել է 150-4000 ԱՄՆ դոլար գումարներ, սակայն ստանձնած պարտավորությունների կատարման ուղղությամբ որևէ գործողություն չձեռնարկելով` խաբեությամբ հափշտակել է:
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: ՀՀ ՊՆ Արարատի մարզի զինվորական կոմիսարիատի Մասիսի բաժանմունքի պետը, զինկոմիսարիատի նախկին աշխատակիցը և բժիշկ-մասնագետը ձերբակալվել են: ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով նրանց մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել և ընտրվել խափանման միջոցներ:
