ՊՊԾ գնդի գրավման գործով ամբաստանյալ Գագիկ Եղիազարյանը երաշխավորությամբ ազատ արձակվեց դատարանի դահլիճից
SOCIETYԵրևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթ նստավայրում դատավոր Մեսրոպ Մակյանը որոշում է կայացրել բավարարել ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գնդի գրավման գործով ամբաստանյալ Գագիկ Եղիազարյանի պաշտպան Տիգրան Եգորյանի միջնորդությունը` իր պաշտպանյալի խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանավորումը փոխելու վերաբերյալ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, պաշտպանը ներկայացրել էր նաև Ազգային ժողովի «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Վահե Էնֆիաջյանի, Շաքե Իսայանի և Հակոբ Նազարյանի անձնական երաշխավորությունները: Նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը 500 հազար դրամ է մուծել դատարան և անձամբ ներկայացել դատական նիստին:
Մեղադրողը կողմը միջնորդությանը չառարկեց:
Դատարանը խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալուց հետո որոշում կայացրեց բավարարել միջնորդությունը: Գագիկ Եղիազարյանը ազատ արձակվեց դատարանի դահլիճից:
Գագիկ Եղիազարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2016 թ. հուլիսի 17-ին կազմակերպված խմբի կազմում ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել, պահել, փոխադրել և կրել հրազեն ու ռազմամթերք, ապա կազմակերպված խմբի կազմում, զենքի գործադրմամբ, կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնությամբ զավթել և պահել է շենքեր, շինություններ և տրանսպորտի միջոցներ՝ զուգորդված դրանք ոչնչացնելու, վնասելու սպառնալիքով, ինչպես նաև նույն եղանակներով պատանդ է վերցրել և պահել երկուսից ավելի անձանց, որոնք կատարել է զավթածը և պատանդներին ազատելու պայմանով պետությանը գործողություններ կատարելուն հարկադրելու նպատակով, նույն ժամանակ կազմակերպված խմբի կազմում կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով, ինչպես նաև դրա գործադրման սպառնալիքով՝ հափշտակել է հրազեն ու ռազմամթերք: Հուլիսի 20-ին դատարանը մերժել էր ամբաստանյալ Գագիկ Եղիազարյանի պաշտպան Տիգրան Եգորյանի միջնորդությունը` իր պաշտպանյալի խափանման միջոց ընտրված կալանավորումը փոխելու վերաբերյալ: Գագիկ Եղիազարյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու համար անձնական երաշխավորություն էին ներկայացրել Ազգային ժողովի «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը և Սերգեյ Բագրատյանը: Մեղադրող կողմը միջնորդությանը չէր առարկել:
