Ավազակային հարձակում Արմավիր քաղաքում. կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Արմավիր քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի առթիվ. իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2018թ. օգոստոսի 8-ին՝ ժամը 00:30-ի սահմաններում, դիմակավորված անձը մուտք է գործել Արմավիր քաղաքում գործող խանութներից մեկը և դանակի գործադրմամբ բռնություն գործադրելով խանութի աշխատակցի նկատմամբ, այն է՝ դանակով հարվածելով վերջինիս որովայնի շրջանին, հափշտակել նրա պարանոցի ոսկյա շղթան և դրամարկղում առկա գումարը, ապա՝ դիմել փախուստի: Փախուստի ժամանակ հափշտակված շղթան ընկել է:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ և 4-րդ կետերով, խանութի աշխատակիցը ճանաչվել է տուժող: Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, առգրավվել խանութի տարածքում գործով տեսանկարահանող սարքը։
Իրականացված անհետաձգելի քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1992թ.: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքների օբյեկտիվ, լրիվ և բազմակողմանի քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
