ՊՊԾ գունդը զավթելու և մի շարք ծանր հանցագործություններ կատարելու մեջ մեղադրվողներ Պավել Մանուկյանի, Վարուժան Ավետիսյանի, Արայիկ Խանդոյանի, Մխիթար Ավետիսյանի, Գագիկ Եղիազարյանի, Արմեն Բիլյանի, Սմբատ Բարսեղյանի, Արեգ Կյուրեղյանի, Էդուարդ Գրիգորյանի, Սեդրակ Նազարյանի գործով դատական նիստին Պավել Մանուկյանի պաշտպանի՝ նրա խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոխելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդություն ներկայացրեց, որը դատարանը մերժեց:


Դատավոր Մեսրոպ Մակյանը վերադառնալով խորհրդակցական սենյակից՝ հայտնեց. «Դատարանը որոշեց ամբաստանյալ Պավել Մանուկյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը անձնական երաշխավորություն խափանման միջոցով փոխելու վերաբերյալ պաշտպան Ազատ Շահբազյանի միջնորդությունը մերժել»:

Նշենք, որ անձնական երաշխավորություն էին ներկայացրել ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան դաշինք» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Վահե Էնֆիաջյանն ու Շաքե Իսայանը:

 

Դատավորն ասաց, որ որոշումն ամբողջապես կտրամադրվի կողմերին և հայտնեց, որ որոշումն ընդունելիս դատարանը հիմք է ընդունել այն հանգամանքը, որ դատարանն առավելապես կարևորում է այն հանգամանքը, որ դատական քննության ընթացքում ի հայտ եկած նոր հանգամանքները դատարանին բերում են այն եզրահանգման, որ ազատության մեջ գտնվելու պայմաններում ավելի մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ Պավել Մանուկյանը կփորձի ապօրինի ազդեցություն գործադրել:
