Օգոստոսի 10-ին ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը խորհրդակցություն անցկացրեց կենտրոնական ապարատի և տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավար կազմի հետ:

 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը անդրադարձավ հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետության բարձրացման խնդրին և հիմնականում դրական գնահատելով օպերատիվ ծառայությունների կատարած աշխատանքը` հանձնարարեց անհետաձգելի միջոցներ ձեռնարկել նախկինում կատարված, ծանր և առանձնապես ծանր, ինչպես և հասարակական հնչեղություն ունեցող հանցագործությունների բացահայտման ուղղությամբ:

 

Ոստիկանության պետն ընդգծեց ապօրինի ծառահատումների և ապօրինի որսի դեմ պայքարի արդյունավետության բարձրացման անհրաժեշտությունը` այդ համատեքստում կարևորելով փայտանյութի փաստաթղթավորման ու տեղաշարժի ստուգումները, տարածքների վերահսկման ուժեղացումը և այլն:

 

Վալերի Օսիպյանը հատուկ ուշադրություն հրավիրեց նաև հանգստյան գոտիներում հասարակակական կարգի ապահովման և ծառայությունների օրինականության հսկողության խնդիրներին, քանի որ դա ուղղակիորեն վերաբերում է մեր քաղաքացիների իրավունքներին ու շահերին:

 

Ոստիկանության պետն անդրադարձավ նաև համակարգում ծառայողական և կատարողական կարգապահության ամրապնդման, կադրային քաղաքականության կատարելագործման, կադրային առաջխաղացման օբյեկտիվության ապահովման, ստորաբաժանումների օպտիմալացման և մի շարք այլ խնդիրների:

 

Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն անդրադարձավ նաև տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների առաջիկա ընտրությունների ընթացքում ոստիկանության աշխատանքին` խորհդակցության մասնակիցներին հանձնարարելով միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկել ընտրացուցակների ճշգրտման, ընտրակեղծարարության ցանկացած դրսևորում բացառելու, հասարակական կարգի ապահովման և այլ առաջնահերթությունների ուղղությամբ:

 

Օրակարգի բոլոր հարցերի առարկայական քննարկումից հետո խորհրդակցության մասնակիցներին տրվեցին կոնկրետ ցուցումներ ու հանձնարակականներ:
