Պայքարը քաղաքակա՞ն, թե՞ բարոյական հարթության մեջ է
SOCIETYՄարտիմեկյան դեպքերը մշտապես եղել են հայ հասարակության ցավոտ թեմաներից մեկը: Ինչպես նշում էին պատկան մարմինները՝ այս տարիների ընթացքում ցավալի իրադարձության բացահայտման համար գործի են դրվել հնարավոր բոլոր լծակները: Սակայն ինչպես տեսնում ենք, այսօրվա իշխանություններն անցել են գործի վերաբացմանը:
ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին եւ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովին մեղադրանք առաջադրելը, իհարկե, սենսացիոն էր, սակայն վերջիններիս նկատմամբ կիրառված խափանման միջոցները, ինչպես քաղաքագետներն են նշում՝ վտանգավոր երկրի արտաքին ռազմավարության համար: Նշված թեման անհանգստացնող է առաջին հերթին դաշնակից Ռուսաստանին: Օրերս ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտարարեց. «Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները հակասում են երկրի նոր ղեկավարների հայտարարություններին այն մասին, որ հրաժարվելու են իրենց նախորդների նկատմամբ քաղաքական հետապնդումներից»։ Այսօր արդեն ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Տավուշի մարզ կատարած այցի ժամանակ, անդրադառնալով վերոնշյալ թեմային, արձագանքել է, թե ՀՀ-ում այլեւս նոր իրավիճակ է, բոլորը պետք է ադապտացվեն դրան: Թե ինչ պատասխան կստանա գործադիրի ղեկավարը, կամ ինչպես կազդի նման կոշտ հայտարարությունը Հայաստանի վրա կզգացվի հետագայում… Ինչևէ վերադառնանք ներքին քաղաքական կյանք:
Ձերբակալությունների ու համառ պայքարի ֆոնին ոչ պակաս սենսացիոն էր նաեւ ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի եղբոր՝ Հենրիկ Աբրահամյանի եւ նախկին վարչապետի նախկին վարորդի եղբոր՝ Ամբիկ Գեւորգյանի ձերբակալությունները. նրանք կասկածվում են ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն և ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու և պահելու մեջ: Հայտնաբերված զենքը ու դրա կապը մարտիմեկյան դեպքերի հետ մեծ զարմանք է առաջացնում. չէ՞ որ տրամաբանությունից զուրկ ու անգամ միամտություն կլինի կարծել, թե հանցագործության ենթադրյալ գործիքները խնամքով կարող են պահվել որպես թանգարանային նմուշ՝ տաս տարի շարունակ: Այնուամենայնիվ, թե որքանով կապ ունեն տվյալ զենքերը նշված իրադարձությունների հետ գործի քննությամբ պարզ կդառնա: Ինչևէ, թեմայի շուրջ երեկ ՀՀ նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հանդես եկավ հարցազրույցով, որում ասաց, որ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից հայտնաբերված զենքերը որեւէ կապ չունեն իր հետ:
Այսպիսով, հայացք նետելով վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններին՝ հարց է առաջանում. արդյո՞ ք մարտիմեկյան դեպքերի քողի տակ՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ, քաղաքական դաշտի խոշոր խաղացողներին ճնշելու փորձեր չեն արվում (չէ՞ որ Քոչարյանն էլ տված հարցազրույցում չբացառեց իր մասնակցությունն ապագայում կայանալիք քաղաքական գործընթացներին): Հարկավոր է հասկանալ, թե իրականում պայքարը որ հարթության մեջ է՝ քաղաքակա ՞ ն, թե ՞ բարոյական: Ահա այս հարցի պատասխանը գտնելուց հետո միայն հասարակությանը պարզ կլինի, թե հանուն ինչի կամ ինչի դեմ է պայքարում նոր իշխանությունը:
