 Հայաստանում օգոստոսի 10-ին տեղացած ուժեղ կարկուտից Արմավիրի մարզում տուժել է 10-ից ավելի համայնք: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության վարչության պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Գոռ Մելիքյան:

«Այս պահին կդժվարանամ ասել, թե որ համայնքը որքան է տուժել, սակայն կարող եմ առանձնացնել ամենաշատ տուժածները: Մասնավորապես, Մրգաշատը, Բամբակաշատը, Ալաշկերտը, Սարդարապատն ավելի շատ են վնաս կրել: Հիմնականում խաղողի այգիներն են վնասվել, իսկ Բաղրամյանի տարածաշրջանում էլ՝ բոստանային կուլտուրաները»,-ասաց Գոռ Մելիքյան:

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ ներկայում համապատասխան մասնագետներով այցելում են գյուղ առ գյուղ՝ ճշտելու վնասի չափը: Ընդհանուր պատկերը կներկայացվի կառավարությանը:
