Երևանում և մարզերում մի շարք հետախուզվողներ են հայտնաբերվել

«Կանեփ-Կակաչ 2018» համալիր օպերատիվ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառման շրջանակներում Երևանում և հանրապետության մարզերում հետախուզվողներ են հայտնաբերվել և բերման ենթարկվել։ Այդ մասին հայտնում են Ոստիկանության մամուլի ծառայությունից։

Այսպես՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր վարչության, ԹԱՇԴՊ, Կոտայքի մարզային վարչությունների և Նաիրիի բաժնի ծառայողների միջոցառումների շնորհիվ, օգոստոսի 10-ին Երևանի Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտայից հայտնաբերվել և ոստիկանություն է բերման ենթարկվել Արուսյակ Ս.-ն, որը օգոստոսի 8-ից հետախուզվում էր ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177 հոդ. 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի մեղադրանքով:

Ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր վարչության ԹԱՇԴՊ, Կոտայքի մարզային վարչությունների, Հրազդանի բաժնի և Ծաղկաձորի բաժանմունքի ծառայողները ստացված տեղեկություններն իրացնելիս, ձեռնարկած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ, օգոստոսի 10-ին, ժ.16.50-ին Հրազդան քաղաքի Միկրոշրջան թաղամասի շուկայի հարևանությամբ գտնվող խաչմերուկից հայտնաբերել և ոստիկանություն են բերման ենթարկել Խալիլ Մ.-ին, որը օգոստոսի 6-ից հետախուզվում էր ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-179 հոդ. 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետի մեղադրանքով: Խափանման միջոցը՝ կալանք:

Ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր վարչության, ԹԱՇԴՊ, Արարատի մարզային վարչությունների և Մասիսի բաժնի ծառայողների համատեղ միջոցառումների շնորհիվ, օգոստոսի 10-ին, ժամը 14.20-ին, Մասիսի Նոր թաղ., 28 շենքի բնակարաններից մեկից ոստիկանություն է բերման ենթարկվել Էդուարդ Վ.-ն, որը հուլիսի 14-ից հետախուզվում էր ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-178 հոդ. 1-ին մասի մեղադրանքով:

Ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր վարչության ԹԱՇԴՊ, Արարատի մարզային վարչությունների և Արտաշատի բաժնի ծառայողների օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ օգոստոսի 10-ին Այգեստան գյուղի Բաղրամյան փողոցի տներից մեկից հայտնաբերվել և ոստիկանություն է բերման ենթարկվել Վաչիկ Ա.-ն, որը 2013 թ. դեկտեմբերի 12-ից հետախուզվում էր ՀՀ քր. օր 185 հոդ. 2-րդ մասի, 34-185 հոդ. 2-րդ մասի և 258 հոդ. 1-ին մասի մեղադրանքով նախատեսված հանցագործություն կատարելու համար 270 ժամ հանրային աշխատանքների դատապարտվելու և հանրային աշխատանքներից խուսափելու համար:

Օգոստոսի 10-ին, ժամը 7.15-ին ոստիկանության ՔՀԳ վարչության ծառայողները ոստիկանության Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունի բաժնի ծառայողների հետ համատեղ, իրացնելով ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալները, բաժին են բերման ենթարկել Ռոբերտ Մ.-ին, որը 2016թ. նոյեմբերի 25-ից հետախուզվում էր քրեական օրենսգրքի 112 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետի մեղադրանքով: Խափանման միջոցը՝ կալանք:

Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի ծառայողների բացատրական աշխատանքի շնորհիվ, օգոստոսի 10-ին ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչություն է ներկայացել Արթուր Մ.-ն, որը հունիսի 13-ից հետախուզվում էր ՌԴ ՆԳՆ Մոսկվայի ՆԳՎ կողմից ՌԴ քր. օր. 291.2 հոդ. 1-ին մասի մեղադրանքով /կաշառք տալը/:  Արթուր Մ.-ի հայտնաբերման մասին հայտնվել է հետախուզումը նախաձեռնողին և Երևան քաղաքի դատախազությանը:
