«Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ում ինքնասպան եղած Մոլդովայի քաղաքացու հարազատներն արդար քննություն են պահանջում
SOCIETYԷջմիածին քաղաքի հիվանդանոցում օգոստոսի 12-ին լարված իրավիճակ է եղել: Shamshyan.com-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ հիվանդանոցի բակում են հավաքվել Մոլդովայի 42-ամյա քաղաքացի Վասիլե Գրույանի հարազատները, ովքեր պահանջում են, որպեսզի դիահերձարանում վերջինիս դիահերձող բժիշկները իրենց սպառիչ պատասխան տան դիահերձման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ: Նշենք, որ Վ.Գրույանն օրերս ինքնասպան է եղել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ում:
Աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ Գրույանի մայրն ասել է՝ ընտանիքի անդամները չեն հավատում, որ տղամարդն ինքնասպան է եղել:
«Վասիլեն այն մարդը չէր, որ այդ քայլին դիմեր: Մենք ունենք կասկածներ, որ «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ում նրա եւ մի քանի անձանց միջեւ ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել, ու իմ տղային սպանել են, հետո ՔԿՀ-ի 5-րդ կորպպուսի թիվ 514 բանտախցում կախել են ու անունը դրել, թե ինքնասպան է եղել: Նա ինչո՞ւ պետք է ինքասպան լիներ, երբ թե՛ գործը քննող քննիչը, թե՛ փաստաբանը նրան ասել էին, որ 2 օրից ստորագրությամբ ազատ է արձակվելու: Մեր փաստաբանը դիմել էր դատարան, որպեսզի որպես խափանման միջոց գրավի դիմաց նրան ստորագրությամբ ազատ արձակեին: Անգամ մենք գիտեինք, որ հարուցված քրեական գործը կարճվելու է: Իմ տղան երբեք էլ փախած չի եղել: Արտասահմանից տղայիս բերում են այս տարվա օգոստոսի 6-ին՝ Ռումինիայից: Օգոստոսի 8-ին տղաս ինքնավնասում է կատարում «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ում: Այդ պահին շենքում է լինում ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արտակ Զեյնալյանը, ով տեղեկանում է կատարվածի մասին: Իսկ արդեն օգոստոսի 10-ին մեզ հայտնում են, որ տղաս ինքնասպան է եղել»,- պատմել է Գրույանի մայրը:
Կինը պնդում է, որ արդարադատության նախարարի բարի կամքի դրսեւորման արդյունքում մինչ ողբերգական պատահարն «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ում հանդիպել է որդուն. «Ինձ ասում էր՝ «Մամ ջան, ինձ ուզում են սպանեն»: Խնդրել եմ, որ նրան տանեն այլ խուց կամ վերցնեն բժիշկների հսկողության տակ, սակայն բերդի ղեկավարությունը, չգիտես ինչու, թե՛ իմ, թե՛ տղայիս խնդրանքներն անտեսել է: Մենք գիտենք, որ որդուս հետ չենք բերի, բայց ուզում ենք անաչառ քննություն կատարվի, իրականությունը ջրի երես դուրս գա ու դրա համար դիմում ենք վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին եւ արդարադատության նախարար Արտակ Զեյնալյանին: Դուք կարող եք բացահայտել այդ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները և պատասխանատվության ենթարկել մեղավորներին»:
