Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի 2018 թվականի օգոստոսի 9-ի ԲԴԽ-32-Ո-78 որոշմամբ Կարեն Փոլադյանը նշանակվել է Դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են Դատական դեպարտամենտից:
Կարեն Փոլադյանի կենսագրությունը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև՝
Ծնվել է 1977թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ին, Երևանում:
1999թ. ավարտել է ԵՊՀ իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետը՝ ստանալով իրավագիտության բակալավրի որակավորում:
1999-2001թթ. ծառայել է ԼՂՀ Պաշտպանության Բանակում, պահեստազորի ավագ:
2001-2003թ.թ. սովորել և ավարտել է ԵՊՀ իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետի մագիստրատուրան՝ ստանալով իրավագիտության մագիստրոսի որակավորում:
2006թ. ավարտել է ՀՀ ԳԱԱ փիլիսոփայության, սոցիոլոգիայի և իրավունքի ինստիտուտի ասպիրանտուրան:
2007-2009թթ. սովորել և ավարտել է «ՄՖԲ» ֆինանսական ակադեմիան` ստանալով տնտեսագիտության մագիստրոսի աստիճան:
Աշխատանքային գործունեություն
2001-2003թթ. - ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության օրենսդրական հարցերի վարչությունում` որպես առաջին կարգի խորհրդատու:
2003-2004թթ. - ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության աշխատակազմի իրավական ակտերի փորձաքննության վարչության պետա-իրավական բաժնում՝ որպես առաջին կարգի մասնագետ:
2004-2005թթ. - ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության աշխատակազմի իրավական ակտերի փորձաքննության վարչության պետաիրավական բաժնում՝ որպես առաջատար մասնագետ:
2005-2007թթ. - ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության աշխատակազմի իրավական ակտերի փորձաքննության վարչության տնտեսական օրենսդրության բաժնում՝ որպես բաժնի պետ:
2007-2012թթ. - ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտում` որպես դատական պրակտիկայի ամփոփման վարչության պետ:
2012-2014թթ. - ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարի առաջին տեղակալ, ՀՀ դատարանների նախագահների խորհրդի քարտուղար:
26.09.2013թ.- 26.03.2014թ. - ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար:
2014թ.-2018թ. - ՀՀ դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար:
2018թ. օգոստոսի 9-ի Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի թիվ 32-Ո-78 որոշմամբ նշանակվել Դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար:
06.08.2007թ.-14.07.2011թ. ՀՀ դատարանների նախագահների խորհրդի առաջարկությամբ ՀՀ Նախագահի 03.08.2007թ. թիվ ՆՀ-191-Ա հրամանագրով նշանակվել է ՀՀ Կենտրոնական Ընտրական Հանձնաժողովի անդամ:
2006 թվականից մինչ օրս դասավանդում է ՀՀ Գիտությունների Ազգային Ակադեմիայի մագիստրատուրայում:
ՀՀ Նախագահի 14.06.2016թ. թիվ ՆՀ-467-Ա հրամանագրով շնորհվել է դատական ծառայության 2-րդ դասի բարձրագույն խորհրդականի դասային աստիճան:
