«Դիլիջան ազգային պարկի» 21 հատ թաց, կանգուն ծառերը հատած քաղաքացիներից 2-ը ձերբակալվել են, 2-ը՝ ստորագրությամբ բաց թողնվել (տեսանյութ)
SOCIETYՕգոստոսի 13-ի գիշերը «Դիլիջան ազգային պարկի» «Հաղարծին տեղամաս» մասնաճյուղի 9-րդ և 11-րդ պահաբաժնի տարածքում, Պարզ լիճ տանող ճանապարհի եզրին անհայտ անձանց կողմից հատվել էր տարբեր տեսակի և տրամագծի թաց, կանգուն 21 ծառ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից:
Նույն օրը հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ, քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով՝ Ծառերի, թփերի և բուսածածկի ապօրինի հատումը՝ խոշոր վնաս պատճառելով: Իսկ պետությանը պատճառված նյութական վնասը կազմել էր երկու միլիոն 567 հազար դրամ: Բայց այստեղ հարցը միայն նյութական վնասը չէ: Վանդալիզմ հիշեցնող այս գործողությունը հաջորդեց Տավուշի մարզ վարչապետի այցին, որի ընթացքում հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձվեց բնապահպանական խնդիրներին, հատկապես ապօրինի ծառահատումները բացառելուն: Եվ այս վայրագությունը չէր կարող ընկալվել այլ կերպ, քան որպես մարտահրավեր իրավապահներին և ժողովրդին:
Մարտահրավերն ընդունվեց, և արձագանքը եղավ արագ ու խիստ. ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության և ոստիկանության աշխատակիցները, համագործակցելով իրավապահ մյուս կառույցների հետ, ձեռնարկված լայնածավալ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզեցին, որ ըստ նախնական տվյալների՝ հանցագործությունը կատարելուն դրդել է Հաղարծինի բնակիչ, 33-ամյա Շահեն Մանուչարյանը: Իսկ ապօրինի ծառահատումը կատարել են Հաղարծինի բնակիչներ, 32-ամյա Գևորգ Բաբինյանը, որն, ի դեպ, ի պաշտոնե կոչված էր պահպանելու անտառը՝ «Հաղարծին տեղամաս» մասնաճյուղի 14-րդ պահաբաժնի անտառապահն է, 21-ամյա Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանն ու 26-ամյա Վալերիկ Թամամյանը: Շահեն Մանուչարյանն ու Գևորգ Բաբինյանը ձերբակալված են, մյուս երկուսը ստորագրությամբ բաց են թողնվել: Վերջիններս, ի դեպ, հայտարարել են, որ արարքը իրենց բողոքն արտահայտելու ձև էր: Անտառը ոչ միայն բոլորինս է, անտառն ապագայինն է, և մեր, մեր երեխաների, մեր Հայաստանի ապագայի դեմ ոտնձգողներն անպատիժ չեն մնալու:
