INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄեծ Բրիտանիայի ոստիկանությունը ահաբեկչական հարձակման փորձ է համարում այսօր Լոնդոնում խորհրդարանի շենքի մոտ մեքենայի բախումը պատնեշին, որի հետևանքով տուժել էր մի քանի մարդ, այս մասին գրում է РИА Новостиգործակալությունը։
Հայտնի է, որ իրավապահներին արդեն հաջողվել է ձերբակալել խորհրդարանի շենքի պատնեշին բախված մեքենայի վարորդին, նրա ինքնությունը դեռևս չի բացահայտվում։
Անվտանգության տեսախցիկները ֆիքսել են, որ վարորդը հանկարծակի կտրուկ կերպով շեղվում է ավտոմայրուղուց և, ավելացնելով մեքենայի արագությունը, բախվում պատնեշին։ Որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ նշում են, որ նա զարգացրել է 80 կմ/ժ արագություն։
Լոնդոնի ոստիկանության՝ ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի վարչության ղեկավարի տեղակալ Նեյլ Բասուն նշել է, որ հանցագործի մոտ ձերբակալման պահին զենք չի հայտնաբերվել։
Նշվում է, որ տուժածներին ցուցաբերվել է անհրաժեշտ բժշկական օգնություն, մեկ մարդ դեռ մնում է հոսպիտալացված․ նրա կյանքին, սակայն, վտանգ չի սպառնում։
