Հայ ծրագրավորողներն արդեն կարող են իրենց վճարովի հավելվածները տեղադրել ու վաճառել «Google play»-ում

Այսուհետ մոբայլ ծրագրավորողները կարող են Հայաստանից «Android Google Play»-ում տեղադրել և վաճառել իրենց ստեղծած հավելվածները։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեձղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, մինչ այժմ հայ ծրագրավորողները «Google play»-ում անվճար հավելվածներ տեղադրելու հնարավորություն ունեին, որոնք հասանելի էին ամբողջ աշխարհում: Սակայն վճարովի հավելված կամ հավելված, որը կարող է պարունակել ներհավելվածային գնումներ (In-app purchase), Հայաստանում բացված ծրագրավորողի հաշիվները (Developer account) տեղադրել չէին կարող, քանի որ Հայաստանը ընդգրկված չէր Google-ի կողմից թույլատրված երկրների ցանկում: Տեղական ընկերությունները ստիպված էին լինում այլ երկրներում բացել «Developer account» և հարկ վճարել այլ երկրներում ստացված վաճառքների դիմաց։ Դժվարություններ էին լինում նաև գումարը ստանալիս, քանի որ «Google»-ը ուղարկում էր գումարը միայն տվյալ երկրում բացված բանկային հաշիվներին:
 
Հայ մասնագետները բազմիցս բարձրաձայնել էին այս անհարմարության մասին: ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության և «Google» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչների միջև դեռ նախորդ տարվանից բանակցություններ էին ընթանում այս ուղղությամբ։
 
Վերջապես նախորդ շաբաթ այդ բանակցությունները հաջողությամբ ավարտվեցին: Հայաստանում գրանցված ընկերությունները կարող են վաճառել իրենց հավելվածները «Google Play»-ում և ստանալ եկամուտներ:
 
Սա իրական խոչընդոտ էր հայ ծրագրավորողների համար: Դրա վերացման արդյունքում Հայաստանում արտադրվող մոբայլ հավելվածների թիվն այսուհետ կաճի, միջազգային շուկայում դրանց սպառման ծավալները կավելանան:
