Արդարադատության նախարարությունը գնահատում է քաղաքացիական հասարակության ռեսուրսը. Արտակ Զեյնալյան

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարար Արտակ Զեյնալյանի գլխավորությամբ   օգոստոսի 15-ին տեղի  է ունեցել ԵՄ աջակցությամբ իրականացվող  «Կառուցողական երկխոսության հանձնառություն» ծրագրի վերաբերյալ հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ քննարկում: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը:
 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախարար Զեյնալյանը ողջունել է քննարկման մասնակիցներին և նշել, որ Արդարադատության նախարարությունը մշտապես բաց է  հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հետ համագործակցության համար: Նախարարի խոսքով՝ Արդարադատության նախարարությունը մեծապես գնահատում է քաղաքացիական հասարակության ռեսուրսն ու գործընկերային հարաբերությունները:

Հադիպմանը հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները նախարարին են ներկայացրել ծրագրում տեղ գտած ոլորտային հարցեր. պրոբացիոն համակարգ և վաղաժամկետ ազատման ինստիտուտ, դատապարտյալների պահպան պայմաններ, նրանց վերասոցիալականացմանն ուղղված համալիր միջոցառումներ, ինչպես նաև անազատության մեջ գտնվող անձանց զբաղվածության ապահովում:

Իրավաբանների հայկական ասոցիացիայի նախագահ, «Կառուցողական երկխոսության հանձնառություն» ծրագրի ղեկավար Կարեն Զադոյանը համապարփակ ներկայացրել է ծրագրի ընդհանուր դրույթները, ներդրված մեխանիզմներն ու ակնկալվող արդյունքը, մասնավորապես անդրադառնալով՝ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը, քաղհասարակության կարողությունների զարգացմանը, Կառավարության հետ համագործակցությանը:
 
Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը նշել է, որ Արդարադատության նախարարությունը ակտիվորեն շարունակում է  աշխատել հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հետ, ինչպես նաև ընդգծել է քաղհասարակության ջանքերն ուղղված՝ Պրոբացիոն ծառայության ներդրմանը: Սուրեն Քրմոյանը նաև անդրադարձել է դատապարտյալների զբաղվածության հարցերին, ներկայացրել, որ այսօր անազատության մեջ գտնվողներն ունեն մասնագտություն ունենալու, իրենց առօրյան կազմակերպելու բավականաչափ հնարավորություններ:
 
Աշխատանքային քննարկմանը անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև ծրագրի մյուս մասերով նախատեսվող գործընթացներին: «Լրագրողներ հանուն մարդու իրավունքների» իրավապաշտպան ՀԿ-ի նախագահ, «Մարդու իրավունքներ, մշտադիտարկում և հրապարակայնություն» ծրագրի ղեկավար Ժաննա Ալեքսանյանը նշել է, որ վերը նշված կազմակերպությունը զբաղվում է  իրավապաշտպանների նկատմամբ սպառնալիքների նվազեցմամբ, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ, փակ հաստատություններում գտնվող անձանց՝ զինծառայողների և ազատազրկվածների իրավունքների պաշտպանությամբ:
 
«Կառուցողական երկխոսության հանձնառություն» ծրագրի վերաբերյալ աշխատանքային հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև «Քաղաքացիական հասարակությանինստիտուտ» ՀԿ-ի նախագահ, «Քայլ դեպի ավելի արդար Հայաստան» ծրագրի ղեկավար Արտակ Կիրակոսյանը, «Քայլ դեպի ավելի արդար Հայաստան» ծրագրի իրավաբան Եվգենիա Իվանովան, «Մարդու իրավունքներ, մշտադիտարկում և հրապարակայնություն» ծրագրի համակարգող Լիա Զորյանը:
