Ռուս սահմանապահները ձերբակալել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատած Գվինեայի քաղաքացու
SOCIETYՀայաստանում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Դաշնային անվտանգության ծառայության սահմանապահ զորքերը հերթական անգամ սահմանախախտի են ձերբակալել: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Հայաստանում ՌԴ Դաշնային անվտանգության ծառայության սահմանապահ վարչության մամուլի ծառայությունից, 2018թ. օգոստոսի 13-ին ռուս սահմանապահները Արտաշատի սահմանապահ ջոկատի տեղամասում՝ Եղեգնավան բնակավայրի մոտ, ձերբակալել են տղամարդու, ով անօրինական հատել է հայ-թուրքական սահմանը:
Նախնական ստուգման արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ սահմանախախտը 1993թ. ծնված Գվինեայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի է: Ձերբակալվածի խոսքով՝ ինքը Գվինեայի Հանրապետությունից Թեհրան է այցելել բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություն ընդունվելու համար: Նա պատմել է, որ, ժամանելով Թեհրան, հանդիպել է տաքսու վարորդի, ում խնդրել է իր համար երկրի տարածքով շրջագայություն կազմակերպել, սակայն տաքսու վարորդը իրեն տարել է Թուրքիա` շրջանցելով անցակետը: Թուրքիայի տարածքում տաքսու վարորդը վերցրել է նրա անձնագիրը, դրանում Թուրքիայի տարածք մուտքի արտոնագիր է դրել, ինչից հետո վերադարձրել է անձնագիրն ու գնացել անհայտ ուղղությամբ:
Սահմանախախտը պատմել է, որ երկու օր ապրել է Թուրքիայի տարածքում լքված հաստատությունում, որտեղ իրեն թալանել են՝ վերցնելով մոտը եղած ողջ գումարն ու հեռախոսը: Դրանից հետո, սնունդ փնտրելիս, հատել է Արաքս գետը՝ խախտելով հայ-թուրքական պետական սահմանը:
Այս պահին սահմանախախտի վարկածը ճշտում են Հայաստանի իրավապահ մարմինները և պարզում են միջադեպի բոլոր հանգամանքները: Ձերբակալված քաղաքացին օրենսդրական կարգին համապատասխան փոխանցվել է Հայաստանի իրավապահ մարմիններին:
