Ոստիկանները Գյումրիում թմրամոլների են բերման ենթարկել

Ոստիկանությունը հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում շարունակում է «Կանեփ-կակաչ-2018» համալիր օպերատիվ-կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումը, որի շրջանակներում իրավապահներն օրերս Գյումրիում թմրանյութ պահելու, պատրաստելու և օգտագործելու հերթական դեպքն են գրանցել:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, օգոստոսի 15-ին ոստիկանության Կումայրիի բաժնի ծառողները համագործակցելով ԿՀԴՊԳՎ թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցների հետ, տեղեկություններ էին ստացել, որ Գյումրիի Հնոցավան փողոցի տներից մեկում թմրամիջոց են պահում, պատրաստում և օգտագործում: Նույն օրը, իրեղեն ապացույցներ ձեռք բերելուց հետո, քրեական հետախույզները հիշյալ տան բնակիչ, նախկինում տարբեր հանցագործությունների համար դատապարտված Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանին, ընկերոջ` Արմեն Այվազյանի հետ, բերման ենթարկեցին ոստիկանության Կումայրիի բաժին:
Զննությամբ Խաչատրյանի տան բակից հայտնաբերվել է կանեփի 10-ը ցողուն, տնից` պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակով մուգ կանաչավուն կիսաչոր և չորացված, յուրահատուկ հոտով կանեփանման զանգվածներ, յուրահատուկ հոտ ունեցող հեղուկով ապակյա շիշ, պլաստմասե շշից պատրաստված ծխելու հարմարանք, պատերին ու հատակին շագանակագույն նստվածքով տարբեր տարաներ, օգտագործված ու չօգտագործված ներարկիչներ, որոնցից մեկում դեղանականաչավուն յուհատուկ հոտով հեղուկ կար:
Խաչատրյանը հայտնել է, որ դրանք իրենն են, հիշյալ տարաներով կանեփի տերևներից ու գլխիկներից թմրամիջոց է պատրաստում և օգտագործում:
Նշվածից բացի, Արմեն Այվազյանի անձնական խուզարկությամբ, հայտնաբերվել է կոտրված ապակե սրվակ` մարիխուանա թմրամիջոցի նմանվող զանգվածով;
Ըստ Այվազյանի, մարիխունան իրենց թաղում անձամբ է քաղել, չորացրել ծխելու համար:
