Ավստրալացի անչափահասին մեղադրել են Apple  ընկերության վրա հաքերային հարձակում գործելու համար այն բանից հետո, երբ նա մի քանի անգամ կոտրել է Apple-ի հիմնական համակարգչային ցանցը, ներբեռնել 90 ԳԲ գաղտնի տեղեկություններ՝ բաժանորդների հաշիվներ մուտք գործելու հնարավորություն ստանալով: Անչափահասների գործով զբաղվող դատարանն արդեն ապացուցել է նրա մեղավորությունը, սակայն, գործի դժվարությամբ պայմանավորված, վճռի հրապարակումը հետաձգել է մինչև սեպտեմբերի 20-ը: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը՝ վկայակոչելով The Age թերթը:

 

Աշակերտի գործով նախաքննությունը սկսվել է այն բանից հետո, երբ Apple-ի՝ կոտրելու հերթական դեպքն արձանագրած աշխատակիցները դիմել են Հետաքննությունների դաշնային բյուրո: 

 

Քաղաքից դուրս գտնվող ցանցահենի ու նրա ընտանիքի տանը կատարած խուզարկության արդյունքում իրավապահները հայտնաբերել են ոչ միայն այն համակարգիչը, որով անչափահասը կոտրել է ամերիկյան Apple ընկերության ցանցը, այլ նաև՝ ներբեռնած նյութերն ու համակարգ կոտրելու ուղեցույցեր: Առգրավվել են նաև  Apple-ի 2 դյուրակիր համակարգիչ, որոնց հերթական համարները համընկել են ներքին համակարգին միացված սարքերի հերթական համարներին, բջջային հեռախոս և կոշտ սկավառակ»,- դատավորի խոսքը մեջբերել է թերթը:

 

Մեղադրյալի անունը և գործի այլ մանրամասներ չեն հրապարակվում նախաքննության գաղտնիք հանդիսանալու պատճառով, բայց անչափահասի պաշտպանն արդեն հայտարարել է, որ իր պաշտպանյալն արդեն այքան հայտնի է դարձել միջազգային հաքերային շրջանակում, որ նույնիսկ այդ մասին մանրամասների հրապարակումը կարող է վտանգել նրան»,- փաստաբանի խոսքը մեջբերում է թերթը:

 

Անչափահասը չի հերքում իր մեղավորությունը: Դատարանում նա հայտնել է, որ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում չի թաքցրել իր գործունեությունը և նույնիսկ հաղորդակցային ծրագրերով կիսվել է ցանցը կոտրելու մանրամասներով իր ընկերների հետ: Իր արարքը նա բացատրել է Apple- ում աշխատելու մեծ ցանկությամբ:
