Անհասցե հայհոյանքը՝ սպանության պատճառ. 47-ամյա տղամարդը դատապարտվեց 11 տարվա ազատազրկման
SOCIETYԱշտարակ-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհից մոտ 250 մետր հեռավորության վրա գտնվող վագոն տնակում 2017թ.-ի ապրիլի 10-ին Հարություն Մովսիսյանին սպանելու մեջ մեղադրվող Արա Նազարյանը դատապարտվեց 11 տարվա ազատազրկման:
Արագածոտնի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանն օրերս Արա Նազարյանին մեղավոր է ճանաչել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով եւ դատապարտել 11 տարվա ազատազրկման: Նշենք, որ սպանության պատճառն այն է եղել, որ Հարություն Մովսիսյանն անհասցե հայհոյել է:
Ավելի վաղ Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ 2017թ. ապրիլի 10-ին Աշտարակ-Գյումրի ավտոճանապարհից մոտ 250 մետր հեռավորության վրա գտնվող վագոն տնակում հայտնաբերվել էր Հարություն Մովսիսյանի դին՝ 17 հրազենային վնասվածքով։
Ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 47-ամյա Արա Նազարյանը վագոն տնակում կենցաղային հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել է Հարություն Մովսիսյանի հետ: Վիճաբանության ժամանակ Նազարյանն ինքնաձիգից կրակահերթ է արձակել նրա վրա՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ։ Ապա տուժողի ավտոմեքենայով դեպքի վայրից Նազարյանը դիմել է փախուստի և ուղևորվել Աշտարակ քաղաքի հրապարակի ուղղությամբ, սակայն հրապարակն անցնելուց հետո բախվել է մի քանի ավտոմեքենաների։
