Մատչելի հիփոթեք Յունիբանկից. կանխավճարը` սկսած 0%

Յունիբանկն առաջարկում է նոր հիփոթեքային վարկ` Երևանի Պարույր Սևակ 51/2 հասցեում գտնվող նորակառույց բազմաբնակարանշենքում առանց կանխավճարի բնակարան ձեռքբերելու համար: «Դասական- ՋՍՖ» վարկը տրամադրվում է 20 տարի մարման ժամկետով և սկսած 9.95% տարեկան տոկոսադրույքով: Վարկը կարելի է ձևակերպել ՀՀ դրամով կամ ԱՄՆ դոլարով: Բնակարանը կարելի է ձեռքբերել առանց կանխավճարի կամ մինչև 30% կանխավճարով` գրավադրելով լրացուցիչ գույք: Եթե կանխավճարը գերազանցում է 30%-ը, ապա լրացուցիչ գրավի կարիք չկա:
«Դասական- ՋՍՖ» վարկը նախատեսված է կայուն եկամուտ ունեցող, սակայն կանխավճարի համար դեռևս խնայողություններ չձևավորած անձանց համար:
«Վարկավորման նկատմամբ ճկուն մոտեցումը մեր գլխավոր առավելություններից մեկն է, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս հիփոթեքային վարկավորման շուկայում ապահովել կայուն դիրքեր: Սա հիանալի առաջարկ է այն մարդկանց համար, ովքեր ցանկանում են բարելավել բնակելի տարածքը` տեղափոխվելով նորակառույց շենք: Ի դեպ` բնակարանը ձեռք է բերվում կառուցապատողից, ուստի պետությունը կվերադարձնի տոկոսագումարը հաճախորդի կողմից վճարված եկամտային հարկի գումարից: Վարկի արագ ձևակերպումը ևս առավելություն է մեր հաճախորդների համար», - նշեց Յունիբանկի Մանրածախ բիզնեսի զարգացման և վաճառքների գծով տնօրեն Գուրգեն Ղուկասյանը:
Յունիբանկի հանդեպ հաճախորդների վստահության մասին փաստում են ցուցանիշները` բանկի կողմից տրամադրված հիփոթեքային վարկերի քանակը գնալով աճում է: Այս կիսամյակ Յունիբանկը տրամադրել է 55%-ով ավելի շատ վարկային միջոցներ, քան 2017թ.-ի նույն ժամանակահատվածում: 2018թ.-ի հունիսի 30-ին Յունիբանկի հիփոթեքային վարկավորման պորտֆելը կազմել է ավելի քան 11,7 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ:
